- "Located at the southernmost tip of the Chita Peninsula, flanked by Mikawa Bay to the east and Ise Bay to the west. There is a primeval forest of evergreen trees favoring warm climate, mainly ubamegashi oaks, which are designated as a natural monument. There is a promenade of ubamegashi oaks (800 m long), also called ""Romance Road of Love"", which leads to Cape Hazu Observatory and Hazu-jinja Shrine, which command the Atsumi Peninsula and other areas."

- This leisure facility is located in Midorihama-machi, Chita City. In addition to a man-made beach that is open for swimming from July through August, there is also a fishing area, a dog run, a ground golf course, a barbecue area, open green spaces and other facilities. The two huge wind turbines used for power generation are symbolic of the beach.

- This clam gathering ground is located on the Yamada Coast, along National Route 247, in Toyooka, Minamichita Town, Chita County. Clam gathering at Yamada Coast, which is legal from around April to June each year (this varies from year to year), is characterized by the vast mudflats of up to 30,000 square meters at low tide.

Aichi Areas
Aichi is a prefecture of great natural beauty with Nagoya city at its heart, a busy hub home to a labyrinth of underground shops and the 17th-century Nagoya Castle. Castles are easy to find in this history-rich prefecture, but the highlight for history buffs has to be the Museum Meiji-mura, where preserved buildings from the turn of the 20th century are displayed in all their grandeur in an outdoor museum.
