Their Ebizukushi crackers are made with five kinds of domestic shrimp and their whole baked Ippon-yaki crackers are made with Japanese tiger prawn and sweet shrimp with an exclusive manufacturing method. Their on-site restaurant serves lots of shrimp dishes including their Ebimabushizen set.

    This is a rest house in the Chausuyama Highland located in Aichi Prefecture, Kitashitara County, Toyone Village. Outside the windows Yahazu Pond unfolds, and one can enjoy the scenery of the Southern Alps mountain range. The restaurant is self-service using meal vouchers, and in addition to dining inside and on the terrace seats, guests are free to take their meals to go outside of the store. The dam curry based on the motif of Shintoyone Dam is a popular offering. They have an idea menu in accordance with the season and sweets that are also popular. It is visited by many tourists every year from May through June when the pink moss phlox is in season.

    This small store is highly regarded for their original products made with local shirasu whitebait, located in Minamichita-cho, Chita County in Aichi Prefecture. Their “Jako Soft-serve” ice cream is a popular item that has even been on television. This vanilla soft-serve ice cream is topped with shirasu whitebait, creating a great balance of salt and sweet. There is an eating area inside the store. Try delicious seafood dishes such as whitebait fried rice and croquettes, fatty mackerel set meals, and fried octopus.

    じゃこを使った商品がいろいろあります。じゃこソフトを食べたのですが、じゃことソフトクリームの味が合ってけっこう美味しかったです。店内に食べるスペースもあります。

    This restaurant located at the entrance to Mt. Horaiji in Kadoya-shimoura, Shinshiro City, Aichi Prefecture, is famous for its Gohei mocha (rice cake). The restaurant offers set meals made with the abundant local produce found in the hills. Their shitake set meal made with home-grown shitake mushrooms is especially popular. Other dishes include, miso-dengaku (skewed and roasted tofu with sweet miso sauce), barley mixed rice with grated Japanese yam, fresh ayu sweetfish from summer to autumn, and boar hot pot in the winter. With large windows, the inside of the restaurant is bright and airy and there is also an area where souvenirs are sold.

    椎茸フライが有名らしく行ったのですが、時期が悪いのか思っていた椎茸フライにガックリ！！ もっと肉厚の椎茸フライを思って行ったが普通でした。 直虎膳 1,480円は色々入っててお得です。
