    Shizuoka Hamamatsu-shi Chuo-ku Itayamachi 111-1
    This complex is a collection of Hamamatsu City municipal and private facilities. Serving as a convention center connected directly to Hamamatsu Station, the complex includes a skyscraper building, shopping mall, hotel, and offices. Divided into four general zones, at every turn the complex' design gives thought to harmony between people and the environment. The complex' Main Hall is outfitted with Japan's first quadruple stage and can be used to hold fully fledged opera and kabuki performances. Other complex facilities include a Concert Hall equipped with a pipe organ produced by the French Quoirin company, and a 3,500 square meter Exhibition and Event Hall.

    利用者の身にならない作り。 駅直結ではある。しかし、二階より上は、入り口がどこにあるかよくわからないのだ。 やっと扉を見つけ、開けようとすると、閉まっている。 やっと入れる扉を見つけ、中へ入ると、内側に「ここは関係者以外立ち入り禁止です」とのはり紙がある。 そんなの外からではわからない。 内部も、動線がまどろっこしいし、作りが明らかに良くない。

    This collection of shops is about a 10-minute drive from the Hamamatsu West Interchange on the Tomei Expressway. The entire complex gives off a picture book fairy-tale atmosphere. There are a variety of different shops including a general goods store, a gallery, a cake shop, and restaurants. Lots of tourists come to leisurely stroll about this other-worldly like place.

    This multi-use establishment is in Itayamachi, Chuo-ku, Hamamatsu City. From floor 45 and up as well as floor 2 and below you'll find restaurants, beauty salons, prep schools, and an NHK culture center. Floors 28 to 44 are occupied by the Okura Act Hotel Hamamatsu. From the viewing area on the 45th floor (fee required) you can look over the scenery of the city below.

    JR浜松駅を出てすぐのところにある、建物の間にあるイベントスペース的な場所です。ここに来た時点で夜だったこともあり、特に何の特色もない空間となっていました。待ち合わせの人がベンチに座ってくるくらいで、閑散としていました。
