浅間大社に参拝した折焼きそばを食べました。席が向かいにならないようコロナに気を使った配慮はしてありましたが鉄板の前に座ったマスクをつけない男性が焼きそばを焼いている女性と長々話していて男性の飛沫が焼きそばの中に入っているのがとても気になりました。鉄板とカウンターとの間に仕切りがないのも気になりました。お値段の割には量もあっておいしかったです。

This confectionery is in Niihashi, Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture in a simple, dark-colored building. Colorful packages with lovely sweets adorn the interior, along with original cakes made with seasonal ingredients. The “Ponyo Ponyo” cream puffs are the most popular item by far, and they’ve even been featured on TV. The crust is doughy and the filling nice and creamy, making it a delectable treat.

ケーキを何個かかって帰りました。チョコレートケーキは濃厚なんだけど、飽きのこない味付けで食べやすかったです。

御殿場に行った際は必ず寄る二の岡ハム。毎回ベーコンを購入していますが、今回はボロニアも購入しました。塩気も効いていて、味付けは必要ないです。厚さも好みにできるので、料理がしやすい食材です。贈り物にもいいと思います。

A bakery located in the multipurpose resort Toki-no-Sumika, which is either a five-minute walk from Iwanami Station, a ten-minute drive from the Gotemba or Susono Intercahnge, or reachable via a free shuttlebus from three different train stations. It offers freshly baked bread. Recommended choices include the most popular rolls filled with sweet bean jam and walnut and baked in a stone oven. The sweet bean jam contains a generous amount of chunks of walnuts, which makes for a substantial snack. Shizuoka Fujinomiya-shi Chuocho 8-13

A shop specializing in pickled goods that first opened in 1918, located a three-minute walk from Fujinomiya Station. Alongside their specialty Soga-Zuke pickles and pickled wasabi they also offer local specialties including sweetened and boiled rainbow trout and sakura shrimp caught in Suruga Bay. Their Soga-Zuke, which is also now a pseudonym for the shop, is a local Fujinomiya specialty that draws its name from the famous tale of vengeance by the Soga brothers. It's said that the brothers who were the first-generation owners of the shop resembled the Soga brothers after their 18-year journey sampling the delicacies of the world which led to the name. The pickles are made with fresh daikon radish and cucumbers along with wasabi and sake lees, and are known for their strong chewiness and the unique salty-sweetness of sake lees that are sure to leave you wanting more. They've also started to gain a reputation as an effective health food.

富士宮市民は、昔から有名な名品、曽我漬け、小生も、たまに買う事があります。曽我白糸の曽我兄弟の仇討の物語より名付けられたそうです。富士宮駅の本店で、買いますが、イオンでも売っているようですので、今度確認したい。味は、ご飯と一緒に食べると美味しい。

They make yakisoba steamed noodles, fresh gyoza pot stickers, Chinese-style noodles and more in accordance with the climate and food culture of Fujinomiya, a town known for yakisoba. Their steamed noodles made with their own unique machines and methods are known for their resilience and strong taste of wheat flour. The steamed noodles are then forcibly cooled and coated with oil so they can be frozen and stored and as they're chewed they release the sweetness of the wheat flour. Other varieties of noodles they make include Chinese-style noodles and fresh udon and they accept orders for original noodle types as well.
