It serves creative cuisine with a particular focus on frame-grilled dishes made with local Shimoda seafood such as splendid alfonsino. Their yakishabu-style splendid alfonsino, which is subtly fragrant with the scent of sesame oil, comes especially recommend. We also recommend their catch-of-the-day sashimi assortments, which primarily feature fresh local seafood such as horse mackerel and spear squid. Their fragrant seared splendid alfonsino sashimi also comes recommended. Other popular dishes made with local ingredients include their grilled Amagi Shamo chicken and leek skewers and their Izugyu beef skewers.

    静岡でタン料理はやっぱりここが安心かと。個人的にはタンのお重が最高。でしたが、メニューから無くなりましたw柔らかくてお肉の量も満足だったのに何故？他のタン料理もどれをとっても美味しいのですが。定食を頼めば、麦ご飯にとろろも付いてきて大満足。テールスープもあっさりで美味。
