The station's store sells select specialty products from Nagano and Yamanashi. In the station's restaurant, you can enjoy local soba noodles and other dishes. In addition, the station is adjoined by the Tsuta no Yu hot spring bathhouse.

    This drive-in minshuku lodge is near Lake Suwa in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture. They operate a domed boat where you can fish for Japanese pond smelt between October to March. They also have other fishing plans where they provide you with all the equipment you need. Its parking lot can accommodate large buses too, making it popular with visitors sightseeing around Lake Suwa.
