    This restaurant, which is proud of its 100% buckwheat soba noodles made from buckwheat from the Mt. Yatsugatake foothills, makes a rich dipping sauce using seven types of mixed stock which goes very well with the noodles. Since opening in 1988, the restaurant has been working hard to improve the noodles and develop its menu while maintaining unchanging flavour. It is definitely worth trying the magnolia leaf and wild vegetable soba noodles in the summer and the tempura bowl set in the winter. The nearest station is JR Chino Station.

    2月の中旬平日に行きました。時間がかかるとのレビューもありましたが、冬の平日でしたので空いていてお蕎麦が出てくる時間も長く感じませんでした。お蕎麦美味しかったです。香り高く、10割なのに滑らかでした。食事ではなく趣向品であると言われた方もいらっしゃいましたが、お腹いっぱい美味しく頂きました。蕎麦湯がまた旨い。お値段はそれなりに高いけど、また来たいと思います。

    6月末まで延長された、ゴーツーイート券を、使うために訪れたが使用を拒否しました 。現金に換えるのが面倒なのかもしれませんが、長野県が税金を使って応援をしている意味が分かっていません。味云々の前にこういう店がはびこっていることが許せません。

    タイトル通り接客が悪いです。対応にも融通が効かず、説明は一切なく、ダメの一点張りでした。こちらも丁寧に話してるので、もう少し説明等いただければ、納得出来ることもあったと思うのですが… とても残念でした。

    蓼科といえばペーターさん。ハム、ベーコンを買うならここがイチオシ!信州には多くのベーコン屋さんがあるが、ここはちょっと一味違う香ばしく滋味あふれるベーコンが美味しい。家で野菜と炊いたら絶品になる。裏庭で遊ぶ子ヤギのユキちゃんに挨拶して気持ちも和む。因みにユキちゃんは僕が勝手につけた名前なので、悪しからず。アルプスでペーターといえばヤギはユキちゃんだと思って(笑)

    お店の名前にあるように、節気を意識したメニューのようでした。メニューについて詳しく書かれた冊子がテーブルに置いてあって、自分の頂くものが詳しくわかってよかったです。ちょっと小腹が空いて寄ったので、おにぎりセットをいただきました。汁物は2種類から選べ、私は手打ちそばにわさびの菜の花が乗っている方を選びました。お漬物も含めて全て優しい味でとても美味しかったです。また来たい!を思うお店でした。

    自家栽培、自家製粉にこだわる手打ちそばの店。店内はテーブル席と座敷席があり広いです。十割蕎麦が美味しいです、そばつゆは結構濃いめ。それと野菜天ぷらが新鮮で美味しいです。

    子供の合宿の付き添いで、富士見高原に宿泊してましたので、昼飯に地元の人に予約してもらって大人6人で行ってきました 10人前注文してちょうど良かったですかね 瓜の漬物も美味しかったですね お蕎麦も後引く味で、まだまだ食べられそうでしたが、その後の蕎麦湯が絶品でした お蕎麦しかないですが、満足の味でお蕎麦好きにはオススメします

    諏訪湖で鰻を食べるなら、たれ焼きと白焼きを一緒に食べられる小林の特々重。2種類の焼きをそのままと出し茶漬けで食べられる。茶漬けの出汁が甘みを感じて新鮮。山椒の他にワサビと柚子胡椒も付いていていろいろな味を堪能できる。鰻そのままでも十分おいしい。肉厚タイプではないが箸が止まらない。値段も5千円を超えるが鰻2枚を食べたと思えば満足。満足できるおいしさです。

    This bathing facility is in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture. It's located at a 2,600-meter year-round mountain hut at a central trailhead in the Mt. Yatsugatake. When the snow is deep, you can't access it without a snowcat. It's an off-the-beaten-track hot spring with an abundance of metasilicic acid. The hut has plenty of amenities, and you can even borrow a hot water bottle at bed time.
