A day-use hos spring bathhouse in Saku City, which sees some of the sunniest weather in Japan. Located on a hill and surrounded by countryside, there's a magnificent view of Mt. Asama from the outdoor bath. Come to feel the breeze while you soak during the day and take in the starry sky at night. The hot spring water gushes out at a heavy rate of 373 liters per minute. Its moisturizing properties are said to help alleviate women's diseases, nerve pain, and joint pain.

    浅科にある日帰り温泉施設。メインの通りから少し入った所にあるせいか空いている気がする。露天が気持ちいい。大人500円、リンスインシャンプーとボディソープのみ。

A day-use bathhouse where bathers can enjoy the relaxing fragrance of a hinoki cypress bathtub, as well as a stately granite bathtub. The waters of the bathhouse' sodium chloride spring, called the Chikumagawa Onsen, are said to promote post-illness recovery and promote health in addition to treating ailments such as lower back pain, stiff shoulders, muscle soreness, women's diseases, and digestive diseases. The bathhouse also has a restaurant and a training zone where you can work to slim down and maintain or enhance strength and stamina under the guidance of dedicated instructors.

Nagano Areas

around-area-map

Nagano prefecture is an exciting mix of mountains, hot spring monkeys, and preserved Edo history. At the heart of the Japanese Alps, Nagano is one of the country’s most popular destinations, whether in winter for its snow sports and the much-loved Jigokudani Monkey Park or in the warmer months for discovering the undulating hills on foot. For fantastic Edo architecture, head to the Kiso Valley for a 60-kilometer stretch of quaint wooden buildings that marked the Nakasendo route 200 years ago.
