    A space and astronomy activity center. The center's popular domed Globe Theater uses exciting 3D imagery to present the constellations and the night sky over Nobeyama. One show lasts approximately 30 minutes and the theater holds six shows a day. The MAP-S flight similar is also popular; useable from ages four and up, the simulator allows users to experience what it feels like to fly over the Nobeyama Highland via 3D imagery and easy-to-use, game-like controls.

    This complex is in Neba Village, Shimoina County, Nagano Prefecture. It features a restaurant, a local specialty market, a multipurpose hall, and more. The restaurant serves Nagano's famous buckwheat soba noodles, tofu steaks, cutlets, and miso-coated dengaku, all made with tofu produced in their own factory. They have accommodation as well, and many tourists visit.

    R153号線には稲武や浪合に道の駅はありますが、森の駅は他にはありません。しかし森の駅といっても、道の駅と同じように、地域の産物を中心に販売しています。たい焼きやソフトクリーム、そして豆腐等がおいしいですね。 時期的にも店内には、飾り雛やお雛様も展示してあり賑やかな様子でした。

By reserving at least a week in advance, you can join a workshop making Kurobuta pork wieners by hand under the guidance of an artisan. Have fun with your family and friends, and when you're done you can eat the wieners you've made on the spot. The cafe restaurant serves super juicy frankfurters along with draft beer.

    ソーセージの腸詰体験をしました。大人のグループで参加しましたがとても楽しかったです。小さなお子様連れのご家族もいらっしゃいました。お子様も楽しそうにしていました。出来上がったソーセージは、一部はその場で試食でき、残りは持ち帰りになります。すごく美味しかったです。体験料金もそんなに高くなかったので大変満足しました。

    An activity studio adjoining Vif Hotaka, a store which sells Hotaka agricultural products and other goods. Here you can learn how to make Nagano's famous oyaki buns, and soba noodles from a renowned Nagano soba noodle chef. A soba noodle restaurant operating out of an old Japanese home is located next to the studio which serve soba noodles made with buckwheat flour from Ariake. The restaurant offers two types of soba - kake soba hot noodles in broth, and cold zaru soba noodles. Both the activity studio and the soba noodle restaurant are reservation-only, and reservations must be made no later than two days in advance.

Operating out of a former wooden school building, the center offers a variety of activities in which you can make local foods such as soba noodles, goheimochi broiled rice cake skewers, and enoki hamaki rice cakes wrapped in hackberry leaves; as well as kusaki-zome plant extract fabric dying and other crafts, and tree planting and forest cultivation activities (all activities require an advance reservation). Adjoining facilities include a restaurant, RV park, wooden playground, and gymnasium.

    地元の方に勧められて訪れました。 廃校になった木造校舎を利用した施設です。 お土産屋があり、そば打ち体験もできるようですが 今回の訪問目的は、入場料100円/人で木のおもちゃで2歳の娘と遊ぶこと。 色々楽しめましたが、対象適齢年齢は4歳から小学校低学年くらいかな。
