Featuring a decadently spacious main bath hall and open outdoor baths, the highlight of this bath house is—as the name “Miharashi” says—its surpassing view. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Southern Alps or Ina City streets. The interior includes a restaurant and rest area so you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.

ここからの南アルプスとその下に位置する伊那谷から高遠の谷が素晴らしい眺めです。少々雨雲があっても、群青色、紫色にかすんだ山々が絵になる場所だと思います。隠れたる伊那谷の眺めの良い場所と思います。お湯もトロトロ感、ヌルヌル感が強くあり温泉としても効能が高そうなお湯です。

- "A footbath located a 15-minute drive from the Shinshu-Nakano Interchange on the Joshin-Etsu Expressway. ""Nofutomaru"" means ""to warm"" in the local dialect. Located on the roof of the Oyu bathhouse in Shibu Onsen, the footbath is free for all to use. Supplied by the same spring used by the bathhouse, the footbath's reddish-brown waters contain an abundance of iron. The footbath basin is made of hinoki cypress and there's a roof to protect users from the weather. There are even towels provided to wipe your feet afterward, and the footbath is a great and convenient place to stop by while strolling the streets of the hot spring district."

Primarily a day trip natural hot spring bath facility, there's also camping and ceramics classes for visitors to enjoy. The facility has seven baths, including a large public bath and outdoor bath. In the campground, you can stay in a cottage or bring your own tent to pitch. In the ceramics studio, you can try painting and decorating ceramics. The restaurant serves juwari soba noodles made with 100% buckwheat flour and an abundant variety of dishes created with local Shimoina ingredients.

- A welfare center used as a place where all city residents, from children with disabilities to senior citizens, can meet and gather; and as a base of activities for local organizations and volunteer groups supporting welfare in the area. The center's hot spring bathhouse is a simple indoor bath area with a sauna but is popular because of how easy it is to use. A community space for people living in the area, there's a children's center on the second floor and a volunteer and city resident activity center on the third. Visitors are free to bring their own food and drink into the center's rest area, and here you can relax and enjoy a snack after a hot bath.

上諏訪温泉の日帰り入浴の中で、最安値かと思います。お湯は緑がかっていて、地元でも泉質がよいと言われている地区のお湯です。湯船はちょっとあつめかもしれません。赤ちゃん連れで入りましたが、都会の温泉のように、疎まれることはありませんでした。

- A day-use bathhouse where bathers can enjoy the relaxing fragrance of a hinoki cypress bathtub, as well as a stately granite bathtub. The waters of the bathhouse' sodium chloride spring, called the Chikumagawa Onsen, are said to promote post-illness recovery and promote health in addition to treating ailments such as lower back pain, stiff shoulders, muscle soreness, women's diseases, and digestive diseases. The bathhouse also has a restaurant and a training zone where you can work to slim down and maintain or enhance strength and stamina under the guidance of dedicated instructors.

駅横にあるスパ。露天風呂とサウナがあり整体も３０分１０００円で受けられる。が、露天風呂は休止、整体はお休みだった。入口からして風情はなく、内部も昔の宴会場みたいな食堂があるなどあまり洒落た感じはない。

- A large indoor pool facility which makes use of the Uehara Onsen spring. Facilities include a 25 meter, seven lane pool; bath and sauna; 54 square meter lounge; and refreshment room. The facility is supplied by an alkaline simple spring whose waters are said to treat such ailments as nerve pain, sensitivity to cold, fatigue, and chronic digestive diseases. Pool users must wear a swimsuit and bathing cap. Note that the facility does not provide towels or other amenities, so be sure to bring your own.

昼神温泉郷の奥のほうにある露天足湯で、川沿いにあってとても景色が良いです。源泉の硫黄の香りがあり、少し温度も高めに感じました。朝6時から夜10までと入れる時間が長いので、夜ちょっと立ち寄るにも良いと思いました。

- Public baths to the side of Suwa Taisha Shrine. The baths are supplied by a variety of hot springs boasting various health benefits, and tourists and locals love trying and comparing them. There are nine public baths in the area which are open to non-guests, each with its own distinct features, such as Sugeno Onsen, which has a round tub from which the waters of a source spring wells up in its center; Yagi Onsen, whose bathing area is decorated with a fabulous tile mural depicting coastal scenery; and Enmenoyu, whose hot spring waters are said to grant long life and the blessing of children. Notably, on the whole most of the bathhouse' baths are on the hotter side.

併設ジム終わりの常連客が常に幅を利かせてる。サウナは人数制限あるのに私物を置いて場所取りしながら出たり入ったり。仲間内だけで席を譲ったりするそうで、新規客は追い出されます。スタッフに伝えても一切注意せず黙認。私は利用できませんでした。とにかく居心地悪い。お風呂の種類が少なくて汚めなのに、サウナが利用できないんじゃ600円は高いです。
