- This octagonal, Roman-style spa has glass windows that offer views of Mt. Yatsugatake to the east and the Southern and Northern Alps to the west. It is the fifth among six hot spring facilities in Chino City and opened in 2003. It has a sauna, small and large rest areas, and an eating facility. It’s about 10 minutes by car from the Suwaminami Interchange on the Chuo Expressway.

玉川に居る親戚を訪ねた際、利用しました。 祝日の19時頃に行きましたら、混んでいました。 料金は、市外在住者は¥400、市内在住者は¥300です。 施設内は広く、お風呂は広々としていて、サウナもありました。 休憩スペースもあり、寝っ転がれます。 夜21時までオープンしているそうです。

- A 30-minute drive from the Suwa Interchange or the Suwa-minami Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. This spa resort is located in Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina situated 1,300 meters above sea level. Facilities include a large indoor bath, cascading shower bath, vibrabath, and sauna. The outdoor bath, in which you can bath enwrapped in the clear highland air, is particularly well-reviewed. The waters of the spa's mildly alkaline simple spring are said to treat such ailments as fatigue, nerve pain, and joint pain. There's also an adjoining 15 meter by six meter indoor heated pool and children's pool open year round.

- A welfare center used as a place where all city residents, from children with disabilities to senior citizens, can meet and gather; and as a base of activities for local organizations and volunteer groups supporting welfare in the area. The center's hot spring bathhouse is a simple indoor bath area with a sauna but is popular because of how easy it is to use. A community space for people living in the area, there's a children's center on the second floor and a volunteer and city resident activity center on the third. Visitors are free to bring their own food and drink into the center's rest area, and here you can relax and enjoy a snack after a hot bath.

上諏訪温泉の日帰り入浴の中で、最安値かと思います。お湯は緑がかっていて、地元でも泉質がよいと言われている地区のお湯です。湯船はちょっとあつめかもしれません。赤ちゃん連れで入りましたが、都会の温泉のように、疎まれることはありませんでした。

The waters of the bathhouse' sodium chloride spring, called the Chikumagawa Onsen, are said to promote post-illness recovery and promote health in addition to treating ailments such as lower back pain, stiff shoulders, muscle soreness, women's diseases, and digestive diseases. The bathhouse also has a restaurant and a training zone where you can work to slim down and maintain or enhance strength and stamina under the guidance of dedicated instructors.

駅横にあるスパ。露天風呂とサウナがあり整体も３０分１０００円で受けられる。が、露天風呂は休止、整体はお休みだった。入口からして風情はなく、内部も昔の宴会場みたいな食堂があるなどあまり洒落た感じはない。

- A large indoor pool facility which makes use of the Uehara Onsen spring. Facilities include a 25 meter, seven lane pool; bath and sauna; 54 square meter lounge; and refreshment room. The facility is supplied by an alkaline simple spring whose waters are said to treat such ailments as nerve pain, sensitivity to cold, fatigue, and chronic digestive diseases. Pool users must wear a swimsuit and bathing cap. Note that the facility does not provide towels or other amenities, so be sure to bring your own.

- A 10-minute walk from Ina-Shimmachi Station and a 10-minute drive from the Ihoku Interchange. This day-use hot spring bathhouse is located on the southeastern side of Kojinyama Sports Park. A shuttlebus connects to the bathhouse every day of the week except Sunday. Except for the second, fourth, and fifth Tuesdays of the month, the bathhouse is open from 7:00 in the morning. There are tennis courts right next to the bathhouse, and one of its biggest draws is how easy it is to drop by here after working up a sweat. The bathhouse spring, a sodium hydrogen carbonate spring, is the only natural hot spring in Tatsuno Town. Its waters are said to treat nerve pain, muscle soreness, and chronic skin diseases. The bathhouse offers three types of tubs - a large indoor bath, bath supplied directly by the hot spring, and a cold bath. The bathhouse also sells facial and body lotions made with water from the Tastuno-kojinyama Onsen spring.

- A 30-minute drive from the Ueda-Sugadaira Interchange and the Omi Interchange. This day-use hot spring bathhouse is situated along Prefectural Route 12 right next to the Aoki Village Culture Hall. Here customers can enjoy the waters of Tazawa Onsen, a hot spring which has been used by people since the late Asuka period. Tazawa Onsen is said to bless bathers with children as well as promote lactation in nursing mothers.
