上山田温泉街にある日帰り入浴施設。駐車場は少ないです。アルカリ性単純硫黄泉ですが、硫黄の臭いは感じません。露天風呂と一人用の浴槽の浴感はよかったです。

- A public bathhouse located a five-minute walk from Shimo-Suwa Station on the JR Chuo Main Line. Located at the far end of an arcade, the bathhouse' quiet, retro atmosphere is reminiscent of an old-fashioned sento bathhouse. The waters of the hot spring used to fill the baths are said to treat such ailments as hardening of the arteries, cuts, burns, and chronic skin diseases, and customers can enjoy a relaxing soak in an elliptical shaped tub. The bathhouse' baths are also on the lukewarm side compared with the other public bathhouses in Shimosuwa Onsen, making this a great place for first-time hot spring bathers. Free municipal parking can be found nearby.

地元の方が利用するレトロな温泉銭湯です。入浴料は２４０円で券売機で購入し番台へ渡し入場。浴室の小判型浴槽にはかけ流しの新鮮な透明湯が注入されていす。 湯温は４５度弱でかなり熱めの温泉です。久しぶりの再訪でしたが相変わらず体にジーンと染みわたるイイ湯でした。

The sodium-sulfate chloride spring is highly therapeutic and is said to be good for muscle pain and help aid recovery from fatigue, injuries, and dry skin. Also known as ""Bosho Izumi,"" thanks to its beautifying properties it's considered one of Japan's top three hot springs for great skin. The outdoor bath with a natural garden has a great view of Mt. Eboshi and Mt. Tateshina. The gift shop sells fresh local vegetables, deep-fried rainbow trout, and ice cream from Nagato Farm. This day trip hot spring bathhouse standing amidst the forest of Tateshina carries a retro Showa atmosphere. The bathhouse has five outdoor baths, including one with a spectacular view of Lake Tateshina directly below and the distant Southern Japan Alps on clear days, and a woman-only bath enshrouded by forest; there are also separate men's and women's large indoor baths. The bathhouse' baths are constantly replenished ""kakenagashi"" style (with some additional waters added) provided by a sodium chloride sulfate spring (mildly acidic hypotonic extra hot spring). 蓼科山⛰の登山後に訪問しました。元々は温泉旅館だったそうなのですが、今は日帰り入浴のみです。大人700円です。プラスαで貸切温泉もあります。渡り廊下の様な作りで、色々な湯船が楽しめます。真冬に行った時は、この渡り廊下で、せっかく温まった身体が冷えてしまった記憶があります。熱めのお湯ですので、あまり長時間の入浴はできません。休憩室もゆっくり利用できます。微かな硫黄臭もありますが、飲用はできません。

管理も行き届いていないし不親切。 他にもっといい温泉が周辺にあるのでここを選ぶ必要はないと思います。白馬は基本的に客を客と思ってないところがあるので、慣れましたがこんな接客でもお客が来るなんてすごいですね。 どうしても、お金を払ってまで不快な思いを体験したい人におすすめです。

- A public bathing facility surrounded by the forests of Tobira Onsen deep in the mountains about 40 minutes outside of Matsumoto. The hot spring was initially excavated, and the simple alkaline spring flows freely from the source. The outdoor bath has a garden with locally quarried yamabe stone, and you can enjoy the seasonal scenery during a soak. Bathing there is said to be good for nerve pain, joint pain, and chronic digestive diseases. The hot spring water is a mild 40 degrees, gentle on the skin, and keeps you toasty warm even after the bath. Bubbling up at an abundant rate of 300 liters per minute, you can bring some of the hot spring water home with you from the faucet outside.

- A rustic hot spring with simple alkaline spring water. The highly hypotonic hot spring is said to help alleviate nerve pain and muscle soreness. It locates on National Route 152, the Daimon Highway. Rich in minerals, it has a reputation for being both mentally and physically relaxing. The name derives from mythical creatures called kappa, long ago thought to inhabit one of the rivers nearby. The cozy village hot spring is open from 7:00 to 21:30 (entry until 21:00). It's nice to be able to bathe from early in the morning until late in the evening.

- A cloud top hot spring inn 2,000 meters above sea level with indoor baths, a lamp lit bath, and an outdoor bath commanding a view of the Japan Alps and overlooking Takamine Ravine. The outdoor bath is small, accommodating only a maximum of four people, but its highly medicinal waters, constantly replenished from a source spring kakenagashi style, will soothe away the fatigue of your journey. The inn's sulfur-containing calcium sodium magnesium hydrocarbonate spring is said to provide a variety of health benefits. Be sure to talk to the staff, who can tell you about the best way to bathe so as to improve the efficacy of the waters for your specific ailments. The inn also has an area where you can drink these waters, and doing so is said to treat diabetes, gout, liver disease, and constipation. Non-guests can only use the inn's bathhouse from 11:00 to 16:00; also note that bathhouse fees are different during winter (November 21 to April 20).
