- This is a restaurant in Oizumi Town, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, with a beautiful forest grove, gallery and restaurant with courtyard. The family of actor Hiroshi Yagyu and staff gathered from around the country operate here, and there are frequent repeat customers. Their long-time specialty since the restaurant’s founding is the fruit tea containing a generous helping of seven varieties of fruit. The Morning Basket full of Mt. Yatsugatake flavor, Western cuisine options, bread and other food makes for a full menu. Guests can see small birds and animals in the tree grove overlooked by the restaurant.

- This is a poultry farm near the entrance of Yatsugatake-ohashi Bridge, growing original Kaijishamo chickens, and Koshu Hootoshidori fowl, a domestically unusual helmeted guinea fowl, and an endorsed brand of poultry in Yamanashi Prefecture. There is a combined restaurant and shop and in the restaurant visitors can enjoy meals made from eggs and chicken meat of which the farm is proud, such as yakitori, bowls of chicken and egg on rice, and liver dishes and so on. The shop sells fresh eggs collected that morning, chicken meat, and other agricultural products.

The shop's ramen and roast pork on rice are also very popular.

ラインで予約したのですが、朝の時点で15時のみ。早めに伺うと30分ほど早めてくれました。つけ麺中味玉にしました。塩を振りかけてもらい麺を食べると、モチモチ感がすごく、麺がお美味しー！浸けダレも濃厚魚介系で好きなヤツ！中に入っているチャーシューもサイコーですね！味玉は中トロトロ。最後にスープ割りで締めました。コチラも料亭風のカウンターのみで満足感倍増でした！

- This is a well-established Japanese sweets shop boasting over 100 years of history, located in a corner of Daigaharajuku on the Koshu-kaido Road. The Japanese sweets use homemade slowly cooked bean paste. The beans, which are cultivated with limited pesticide from restricted farmers, are produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido and are cooked slowly with the water of Hakushu, selected as one of the 100 best waters. The aroma and moderate sweetness is exquisite with a refreshing after taste. Every summer (from the beginning of June until the end of September), on Saturdays and Sundays, excluding holidays, they offer a limited number of simple sweets “mizushingen mochi” using famous Hakushu water which is also used in the red bean paste, set with agar.

- Montagne is a cafe founded in 1958 and located on the ground floor of Mizugaki Sanso at the climbers' entrance to Mt. Mizugaki and Mt. Kinpu (designated as two of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan) in the city of Hokuto, Yamanashi Prefecture. Its hand-formed hamburgers and cheesecake are so popular that they often sell out, and also serves pasta, Shogayaki (pork stir-fried with ginger), spicy curry, and other favorites. In the summer, its seasonal menu features soft ice cream and ice cream floats. Its elegant, subdued atmosphere makes it a restful stopover on a long drive.

瑞牆山荘行きバスの終点にあり、瑞牆山・金峰山への登山口にあります。リゾート地のレストランのようなテラス付きの素敵な店です。料理も美味でした。サービスは山小屋風でぶっきらぼうの感想ですが、話しだすと親しみが湧くといったところでしょうか。11時からのランチにはオススメです。

- Yatsukoma Hirauchi Soba is located along National Route 141, reachable from either the Sutama Interchange or the Nagasaka Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. Its business hours are 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but customers will be happy to know that the owners can serve them outside those hours by prior arrangement, even if only one guest makes this request. Note, however, that the owners close the restaurant when they have sold all their soba for the day. Everything, including the noodles, is made by hand, although traditional grinding blocks are used to grind the dried fish for the Dashi (broth). In pursuit of perfect flavor, they take great care in adding the thickener and other processes. The most recommended dish is Seiro, in which each chopstick full of soba is dipped in the sauce individually.

- A restaurant located inside Hotel Hut Walden a 10-minute walk from JR Kiyosato Station. - A soba noodle shop located 15 minutes from the Nagasaka Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. As you enter the subdued Japanese style interior a glass walled soba pulling corner is just to your right. They use only seasonal local produce and fresh ingredients and their buckwheat is traditional Edo-buckwheat, bought directly from contracted farmers and ground themselves. The noodles are handmade every morning with the water the Yatsugatake mountain region is blessed with. Their dipping sauce has a little kick to it in the Edo-style and they proudly serve both tempura dipping soba and soba soup with mushrooms. Reservations are required in the evening and you can try a soba kaiseki traditional multi course meal.

甲斐大泉駅から徒歩20分（下り）のお蕎麦屋さんです。とても上品なお蕎麦です。骨董の器を使っていて、私はとても好みです。お蕎麦は無くなり次第閉店なので、予約した方がいいです。天ざるそばがおススメ。地元産の野菜や山菜を使った天ぷらが付きます。
