Boasting the largest sales floor area in the prefecture, many people come to buy souvenirs or do daily grocery shopping. There is also a corner that sells freshly made bread, and a Japanese-style restaurant that can hold up to 1000 people.

    A bread bakery situated on Prefectural Route 34 in Katsunuma Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City. The shop is famous for its Tsuki no Shizuku, a renowned local Koshu confection whose history dates back over 200 years to the Edo period. Consisting of Koshu grapes grown in Katsunuma coated in a layer of sugar one grape at a time, the shop sells them only for a limited time from September through February the following year.

The park is part of the main factory of Kikyoya, the manufacturer of Kikyo Shingen mochi, a famous confection of Yamanashi. The shop sells the company's popular sweets that are close to their expiration date or have visual blemishes that do not affect their quality at special discounted prices. The adjacent Green Outlet 1/2 offers ""all-you-can-fit-in-a-bag"" sweets, a popular attraction. The sweets offered change each day and include Kikyo Shingen mochi and shio-mame daifuku."

Its selection includes a number of Kikyo Shingen products, including Kikyo Shingen puddings, as well as Shingen peaches, which are made to resemble boxed peaches.

    A Koshu yakuzen kimchi shop, Tsukesho Shoya does not use any synthetic preservatives or colorings, hand-made in way to maximize the good quality of the ingredients. Both the Chinese cabbage and the special sauce have been inherited for generations and evoke that dedication. Tsukemono Center Shoya Ichinomiya Shop has yakuzen Chinese cabbage kimchi and an array of their proud pickled items. You can also tour the kimchi plant for free.

    店員の男性 偉そうに対応。 初めて訪店し試食を申し入れたら、あれもこれもダメ。白菜キムチだけ。これでは、興味があるキムチも高価なので判断出来ません。 お土産を買い精算を終えたところに女性店員が現れ、山クラゲキムチを半額にするから買え的に現れた気分悪い。 店員の気分で価格が変わる店です。 黙っていても客が来るから強気の商売。 もう、二度と行きません。

    いろいろな農産物があると思い立ち寄ったのですが、昼頃のせいか、大したものは残っていませんでした。タケノコかと思って喜んだものがありましたが、それはタケノコ芋と言う芋でした。他の直売所に比べて種類も少なかったように感じました。それで、結局トイレのみ使って移動しました。
