    This multipurpose park located on the shores of Lake Yamanakako featuring a natural turf square, a children's playground, and other facilities is a great place for a picnic. Visitors can also try riding Segway and play tennis, futsal, or other sports. Park-goers can also enjoy stroking the seasonal flowers while walking along the park's Mizu no Promenade or its Mizube no Boardwalk. Theater Hibiki, an amphitheater with room for 8,000 people in the center of the park, can be used to hold a variety of events from sporting competitions to concerts.

    This park in Yamanakako Village, Minamitsuru County, Yamanashi Prefecture is located on the bank of Lake Yamanaka. The park features different seasonal scenery to enjoy including blooming seasonal flowers. The park is comprised of several facilities for people of all ages to enjoy, including a 300,000 square-meter flowerbed and farm area, Ryusui no Sato, an area that features a water play area and flowing waterfalls, and an all-weather greenhouse where visitors can view a variety of flora including rare tropical plants.

    This park built on the north shore of Lake Yamanaka features a view of magnificent Mt. Fuji across the lake. With nothing obscuring the view, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Fuji, including to the Sakasa Fuji (upside down Fuji) that occurs when Mt. Fuji is reflected in the lake's surface. From mid-November to early February in particular, many people visit the park to see the Double Diamond Fuji created when the sun sets over the Sakasa Fuji and the real Mt. Fuji.

    This park is located about a ten-minute drive from Yamanakako Interchange and just next to the Bungaku no Mori Koen-mae bus stop. Just as names suggests, the more than 86,000 square-meter park features a number of literature-themed facilities including the Mishima Yukio Literary Museum and the Tokutomi Soho Memorial Museum. Other attractions include open spaces, a pond, and the Kakurenbo Hiroba. The latter of these is notable for play equipment made from a more than 50 year-old Japanese larch as well as fun installations that use the senses of sight and sound such as the Doppelganger Mirrors and the Sound Telescope. The park's walking paths allow parkgoers to enjoy nature at a leisurely pace including seeing a diversity of plants and wild birds. The park is also dotted with monuments bearing classic Japanese poetry.

    This quiet green space park on the shore of Lake Yamanaka is well-known as for its flowers and its autumn foliage. It is home to flowering trees such as hydrangea and Fuji cherry blossoms, as well as many deciduous trees including zelkova and maple. The park features a promenade where visitors can enjoy taking a walk while viewing the beautiful nature. Each year during the autumn foliage season, the park holds the Yuyake no Nagisa (sunset beach) autumn foliage festival.

    This lush green park was built in 2001 on the concept of conveying the natural beauty of Oshino Village, known for its great water sourced from sacred Mt. Fuji, to future generations. In addition to a grassy park with a play pool and a large playset, the park also features the Mori no Gakushukan learning center, where visitors can learn about Oshino Village's natural environment, and the Yamanashi Prefectural Fuji Spring Water Aquarium, one of the few freshwater aquariums in Japan.
