    A takeout shop and café space located on the grounds of the Seisen-Ryo lodging facility in the Kiyosato Highland in Takane-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Seisen-Ryo Ice Cream, made with Jersey cow milk and Yatsugatake water is a famed Kiyosato specialty; when in season, there’s always a long line of customers waiting to buy some. The shop also sells organic Jersey cow milk, hot dogs, and organic coffee, as well as popular fresh juices in summer. Refreshing pastureland spreads out before the terrace area, as well as a sweeping view of the Akaishi Mountains and Mt. Yatsugatake.

    This souvenir shop is located about a ten-minute drive from Yamanakako Interchange and about a 20-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange. It is immediately next to both the Oshino Hakkai and Oshino Hakkai Iriguchi bus stops. The shop is convenient for people visiting Mt. Fuji, Oshino Hakkai, and other tourist destinations in the area. Their specialty is kusa mochi, which are made and grilled right at the shop. These extremely popular mugwort-flavored rice cakes are made with underground water from Mt. Fuji and flavored with two varieties domestic mugwort. In the spring the shop also sells sakura mochi (rice cake with bean paste wrapped in a pickled cherry leaf), a seasonal exclusive. We also recommend their soft-serve ice cream, which comes in flavors including white peach and Hakkai Ramune. Lavender flavor is also available during certain parts of the year. The shop also offers sakes not available anywhere else.

    This natural foods store located along the approach to Minobusan Kuonji Temple specializes in shiitake mushrooms and yuba (tofu skins). Minobu yuba is said to have originated from tofu skins offered to Nichiren, the founder of Nichiren Buddhism, by acolytes training under him at Kuonji Temple. Their completely additive-free tofu skins are made exclusively with domestic soy beans and underground water from Mt. Fuji. Their Seisui raw tofu skins, which are lifted out of the soy milk slowly and carefully folded into layers, are their most popular product. Their domestic and agrochemical-free dried shiitake mushrooms are great for use at home or as gifts. Another popular item is their kuzumochi, a chilled sweet made with exclusively with Yoshino-Honkuzu kuzu powder.

    "This outlet shop is located inside the Kikyo Shingen Mochi Factory Theme Park about five minutes from Ichinomiya-Misaka Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. The park is part of the main factory of Kikyoya, the manufacturer of Kikyo Shingen mochi, a famous confection of Yamanashi. The shop sells the company's popular sweets that are close to their expiration date or have visual blemishes that do not affect their quality at special discounted prices. The adjacent Green Outlet 1/2 offers ""all-you-can-fit-in-a-bag"" sweets, a popular attraction. The sweets offered change each day and include Kikyo Shingen mochi and shio-mame daifuku."

The kiwi fruit wine, made with real kiwi fruit, has a fruity flavor and is easy to drink, making it popular with women. The Happy Park Cherry Festival is held here in June, and during this time visitors can enjoy a customary cherry pit spitting contest, stage shows, and a special farmers' market sale.

Established in 1927, it carries more than 200 varieties of Koshu wines, one of the biggest selections in the prefecture. The shop also carries many imported wines. The sight of more than 1,800 bottles that line its shelves is simply stunning. The high-quality wines it offers, which are carefully selected by its sommelier owner, include winners of the Japan Wine Competition. There are also nouveau wines with lower alcohol content as well as limited-issue seasonal wines.

As the name suggests, it is an outlet that sells the leftover end pieces of cakes and off-standard items at discounted prices. Although the shop is liable to sell out as its inventory is limited to what is available that day, it carries a wide variety of items ranging from cakes to baked sweets. Being a factory outlet, the company's regular stick cakes, cookies, and other products are also available at reduced prices. Each item is offered at a flat price regardless of the flavor. We recommend their black cheesecakes made with food-grade bamboo charcoal for people who do not like sweets.

They sell local produce from the farmers coop around Hokuto City as well as additive-free seasonings and local handmade pickles, dried sweet potatoes, cookies, and cakes. They also sell pesticide-free sun-dried brown rice grown without chemical fertilizers that can be polished on the spot after purchase. They also sell seasonal fruits including peaches, grapes, and blueberries which make perfect souvenirs.

    A shop which proudly serves apple pies made with natural water from the Yatsugatake southern foot highland spring water group, chosen as one of the Top 100 Famous Water. Along with their fragrant apple pie made with domestic Fuji apples and cinnamon they usually also serve local Akeno Kintoki sweet potato pie, blueberry pie, and wild grape pie. They also sell goods from other suppliers including Yamanashi exclusive goods and other handmade products. They have leaflets for nearby attractions and can answer tourist questions so feel free to stop in.

Tours are offered of their workshop and underground storage areas. Their cabernet franc is delicious with a delicate elegant flavor and is popular with women and beginner wine-drinkers alike and pairs well with meals. In their shop you can sample 10 different wines free of charge.

The jam is pectin and preservative free, and boasts a safe and reassuring jam maximizing the original taste and aroma of the produce. Over 20 kinds of jams are available all year round at the market. Visitors can enjoy scones and toast with plenty of jam at the café.
