Visitors can see authentic sarumawashi (trained monkey shows) at this all-weather, wheelchair and baby carriage accessible theater. Suo sarumawashi, designated as an intangible folk cultural property in 2004, has even been incorporated as part of hands-on education at schools. The theater conducts three to five roughly 40-minute performances per day.

It is funny and you probably would need to experience it once in your life. Like a 1980 tv show with monkeys :) live. I felt it is being overpriced though. In a closed theatre and you could take...

Yamanashi Areas

Yamanashi prefecture is the proud home of one of Japan’s most celebrated icons: Mount Fuji. Although the mountain straddles both Yamanashi and Shizuoka, the most breathtaking views of Fuji-san can be seen from the Fuji Five Lakes north of the mountain in Yamanashi prefecture. The plethora of outdoor activities in and around the lakes all have the benefit of the country’s highest mountain as their backdrop, and we can assure you that it is an unforgettable sight.
