- Kubota Brewery Limited has been adored since its founding in 1753. Located in Maruoka Town—famous for Ippitsu Keijo—this brewery showcases Japanese sake made from Yamada-nishiki short grain brand rice, and all of them are popular. They are always available to accept brewery tours up to 40 people, but reservations must be made by telephone.

Fukui Areas
Northeast of Kyoto, the ancient Tojinbo Cliffs separate Fukui prefecture from the Sea of Japan in a stretch of land well worth exploring.
