    "A restaurant located in the Kabocha-mura facility in a corner of the Katayamazu Onsen hot spring village where you can enjoy French and Italian cuisine made with local Hokuriku ingredients as well as wines from around the world. The restaurant's reasonably priced lunches are particularly popular and come with salad, soup, homemade bread, coffee or tea, your choice of pastas such as a Japanese blue crab tomato cream spaghetti, and pizza baked in a real stone oven. Among the dinner selections, the ""Gusto"" course, which comes with an array of recommended seasonal flavors, is a favorite choice. Customers will also find a blackboard at the entrance listing the day's menu options. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking during lunch time."

    以前は焼き立てパンも食べ放題で、料理も美味しくてよく行っていましたが、今は以前よりもかなり味が落ちてしまったように感じます。今年の夏に久しぶりに行きましたが、妻と一緒に「あれー？」と話して帰りました。

    加賀温泉駅から近い便利な立地のファミレスです。夕方の小腹が空いたので友人たちと訪れました。大好きなタコサラダは揚げたトルティーヤを器にしたメキシカンサラダで相変わらず美味しかったです。

    うどん蕎麦類から丼物、ラーメン類、ハンバーグ等の各定食など何でもある。かつてはこうした店が駅前には必ずあったものだが今やほとない。その意味でここは貴重なお店だ。カツ丼もラーメンもあっさりした味付けてリーズナブル。コスパと店の親切さで生き残ってきたように感じる。
