    金沢中心街から車で30分程南行した場所にある湯涌温泉にある。接客は素晴らしいし、料理も温かいものは暖かく、冷たいもの冷たく提供してくれる。女将の息子が料理長との事で気合が入っている。湯は鉱泉を熱くして提供しているが、ややカルキ臭があるのが残念。その他は合格❗️
