    "A historic teahouse established in 1913 located right next to the Kenrokuen Garden's Katsura-zaka ticket gate. Located in an area which bustles with tourists, the teahouse' location was once the home of a craftsman and attendant Tama-hime, daughter of the samurai Tokugawa Hidetada, when she was married. The first floor of the establishment is a shop where you can buy souvenirs like Kanazawa-style Japanese sweets, local liquors, and gold leaf crats. The second floor restaurant, commanding a superb view of Kanazawa Castle, serves seasonal Kanazawa dishes like jibuni duck meat stew. A ""geigi vending machine,"" created by Suntory in collaboration with the teahouse' proprietress, stands on the right side of the building. The vending machine's tasteful design preserves the elegant scenery of the area."

    "A senbei rice cracker shop which is the official senbei provider to the Soji-ji Temple Daihonzan (Head temple), an ancient temple in Wajima. The shop has operated a stall in the Wajima Morning Market for over half a century. The shop's products are popular not only with locals but tourists as well. The shop's senbei are made with ""ingredients needed by your body"" which Japanese people have eaten since ancient times, baked as-is without additives into tasty rice crackers. The shop's crisp and slightly sweet ""Asaichi Senbei Kanmi,"" one of the most popular products sold in the market, are made with potato starch as the main ingredient and are thus also known as ""jagaimo"" (potato) senbei. In addition to old fashioned Wajima-style shio (salt) senbei, the shop's ""Ishiru Senbei,"" made with traditional Noto ishiru fish sauce, are also recommended. (Address listed is for factory.     南部煎餅に似ていますが、硬さや甘さの加減が違います。名物は塩味ですが、魚醤ベースのいしり味もあります。サービスもよく、うれしいお店です。

    "A coffee shop located in the basement of Omi-cho Market Hall in the Omi-cho Market, the ""kitchen of Kanazawa."" Dedicated to offering safe and healthy coffee, the shop sells only high quality coffees roasted each day in-house, carrying around 30 varieties at any given time. The shop's Kanazawa blends, like the ""Hyakumangoku Blend,"" and the ""Omi-cho Blend,"" only sold at this location, are particularly popular. The shop's ""Kinpaku Coffee,"" which contains shiny flecks of real gold leaf, makes a great souvenir. The shop also has a cafe corner where you can take a break and enjoy a homemade cake or other dessert."

    近江町市場市場いちば館地下にあります、近江町市場からこの地下へ行く案内板を作ってほしい金沢市に在住する私もここにキャラバンサライがあるのを知らなかった、コーヒーはいつものコーヒーですね。

    "A bakery located in Togashi which has many customers who come here regularly from various areas both within and from outside the prefecture. Focusing on pain de campagne and other crusty breads, the bakery takes pride in its authentic French breads made with homemade yeast. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the bakery makes breads filled with fruits and nuts like the ""Kurumi Dossari"" walnut bread which are sliced thin and sold by volume. The bakery's meal style breads, like slow-risen baguettes, and its sweet breads are also popular. Particularly recommended are the bakery's pita sandwiches, made with lots of vegetables and pastrami beef served in chewy pita bread."

    金沢市富樫にあります、金沢市では人気店ですこだわりの自家製酵母を使ったパンが並びます、店内にパンの焼き上がりの黒板があり電話で取り置きもしてくれます、またこだわりのチーズの販売もしていますこのチーズもうまいですね。

The restaurant's red and black Japanese decor engenders a quiet atmosphere that even a lone diner will find welcoming. The restaurant serves Kanazawa jiwamon home-style cuisine made with Ishikawa-grown Koshihikari rice, Kaga vegetables, and fresh fish together with delicious local liquors. Meal selections include a la carte standards like sashimi assortments, lunch curries and oyakodon chicken and eggs over rice, and weekday-only business lunch specials. The ""Otsukuri-zen"" sashimi assortment meal, seafood rice bowls, and course meals require an advance reservation. The restaurant also offers a monthly changing enkai banquet course meal."

    "An oyster restaurant owned and operated by Yamashita Suisan, an oyster cultivation company, located in Noto-Nakajima. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes made with fresh oysters harvested that morning. The restaurant offers two course meals-the ""Kai"" and ""Nami"" courses-and the ""Kai"" course comes with kaki-nabe oyster hotpot. In addition to standards like kaki fry deep fried oysters and kaki-kamameshi oyster rice, the restaurant also offers a variety of other tasty delights like croquettes and ebi fry deep fried shrimp. The charcoal grilled oysters are particularly recommended and have been featured in various media."

    七尾市中島町にあります、今回は家族で行きましたかきのフールコースもいいが今回は好きでカキフライ、焼きがき、かまめし、生カキ皆勝手に注文し炉端を囲んで食べるのが一番うまい。

    This bakery, operating out of a distinctive European cottage-style building, stands across from Nonoichi City Hall. The bakery's trademark brick oven was built by craftsmen sent over from Spain. The shop is famous for its vaunted Tsuno Pan, a crescent-shaped bread made with natural yeast and a dough produced according to a proprietary method. The shop also sells close to 150 other varieties of breads, including Cream Pan with custard filling and Anpan filled with red bean paste. Customers can choose to enjoy the breads they have purchased inside the shop or in the shop's outdoor terrace seating area. The shop also provides a free soft drink and coffee service, making it the perfect place to have lunch or take a quick break.

    チェーンなのでどこもさほど変わりませんがいつも結構来客が多い印象です。 ケーキ類、焼き菓子類、アイス類なんでも揃うのでちょっと手みやげがほしいときに安く買えるので助かる。 今回はフルーツたっぷりのスぺシャルショートケーキを2個買いましたが税込み604円でした。 フルーツたっぷりでおいしかった。味は違うと思うが同じ分量のケーキをデパートで買うと1個しか買えないのでコストパフォーマンス良し。
