    This orthodox bar operates out of a renovated building originally used as a bank. Depending on the time of day, customers can enjoy two different atmospheres – during the day, the establishment is a jazz cafe; at night, it turns into a cocktail bar. A dignified and mature atmosphere hangs in the air, and on weekends customers can enjoy a beverage along with live music performed on the bar’s grand piano. A gallery adjoins the establishment on the same floor, and visitors can view the art on display whenever the bar is open. The original cocktails crafted by the bar’s master, a member of both the Nippon Bartenders Association and the International Bartenders Association, are exceptionally delicious.

    保守的な城下町、金沢でもスペイン・バルに市民も享受してきたことは個人的な感想です。また金沢でも珍しいの「フィデウア」が食べられることですが、このお店だけでなく、本場オペインでも、食べている途中で飽きてきます。またカタルーニャのビール「エストレーリャ・ダム」でなくガリシアの「エストレーリャ・ ガリシア」が飲めれば最高ですが。
