    This local liquor specialty shop is located inside the JR Kanazawa Station building and caries beverages from 35 sake breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. There’s also a bar in the establishment where you can sample and compare the shop’s various wares and have fun finding your favorites. In addition, a vending machine in the shop dispenses cups of local liquors.

    大阪帰り際寄りました。金沢にしかない地酒がたくさんあって目移り。関西でも置いてそうなのもありましたが、地元でしか取り扱かってないのを２本選びました。加賀鳶 純米大吟醸46 白万石乃白と金澤中村屋のにごりを。まだ飲んでませんが、味が楽しみです。

    This sake brewery is renowned for its sakes, carefully crafted using several difference varieties of choice sake rice and crystal clear water drawn from a dedicated 200-meter-high well located nearby. In the brewery’s main store, visitors can sample more than 10 of the brewery’s esteemed sakes and purchase by volume exclusive sakes sold no place else. The store is one of the many which make up the Shishi no Sato Tsurugi complex.

    Located in 2 Chome, Yamanakaonsen Town in Kaga City, Shishi no Sato is a direct sales outlet run by the Matsuura Shuzo sake brewery. The “Shishi no Sato” local sake is made using underground spring water from the Io-ji Temple in Yamanakaonsen, a temple that is familiarly known as “O-Yakushi-san.” Besides selling sake, Shishi no Sato also has a sake-tasting area, where visitors can try different sakes before deciding which ones they would like to buy as souvenir gifts or to drink themselves at home.

    A liquor shop where you can delight in renowned alcoholic beverages from Ishikawa and traditional crafts located in the Higashi Chaya District Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings. The shop has a standing bar area with a relaxing atmosphere engendered by the rich wood grains of a Higashi Chaya District latticework-inspired decor. Here even customers who don't have a lot of time can casually enjoy a variety of tasty liquors. In the shop's sales area, you can purchase not only sake but also sake-related traditional crafts like drinking cups and edible gold leaf. In the lounge space, reached by first taking your shoes off and then climbing some steps to the second floor, you can enjoy beverages and delicious delicacies purchased on the first floor.

    金沢のお酒が所狭しと並んでいます。 金沢のお酒が試飲（有料？）もできます。もちろん品ぞろえも豊富です。 たくさんあるので迷ってしまいますが、ポップや店員さんの意見を聞きながら好みのお酒を選んでください。

    "A sake brewery established in 1913 and situated along the Wajima Morning Market street. The brewery was started after the founder was told to do so in a dream by a white horse with a gold gourd tied to it; this anecdote also served as the inspiration for the name of one of the brewery's most popular sake brands, Kinpyo Shirakoma (""Gold Gourd White Horse""). The brewery makes its sakes using well water drawn from under the brewery itself. The brewery takes pride in its Wajima sakes made with water from a well that is the closest to the Sea of Japan of any brewery. Other sake brands the brewery sells include Ore no Sake and Noto no Sake. The brewery's sakes have a crisp, dry flavor; the brewery's shop offers storefront sake tastings."
