    This gallery on National Route 415 in Chuo-machi, Himi City. It has a collection of art by Himi native manga artist Fujiko Fujio (A). In addition to original panels and reproductions, there is an area introducing popular character of his including The Monster Kid and Ninja Hattori, and visitors can tour a reproduction of the room at Tokiwa-so where Fujiko spent his younger days. There is also a manga library, and they hold events like manga workshops as well.

There are more than 30 establishments here ensuring more than enough for visitors, from shopping to food and hot spring baths. Many tourists come here to take advantage of the many things on offer such as the kaiten-zushi restaurant where guests can enjoy fish direct from Himi Port, gourmet food unique to the local area, fresh local fish, processed seafood products, and souvenirs. Be sure not to miss the spectacular Tateyama Mountains visible across the sea. Visitors to Himi Banya-gai Harbour Market can also enjoy the natural hot spring waters of Himi Onsen.

    This sake brewery is on Prefectural Route 373 in Kita-omachi, Himi City. They use steamed sake rice exposed to the Ainokaze sea breezes blowing off Toyama bay to make a variety of sakes, including Ariso Akebono, using traditional wooden tank fune presses and brewed gently with no undue pressure on the mash. They do not offer tours.
