Toyama Himi-shi Chuomachi 3-4

This gallery on National Route 415 in Chuo-machi, Himi City. It has a collection of art by Himi native manga artist Fujiko Fujio (A). In addition to original panels and reproductions, there is an area introducing popular character of his including The Monster Kid and Ninja Hattori, and visitors can tour a reproduction of the room at Tokiwa-so where Fujiko spent his younger days. There is also a manga library, and they hold events like manga workshops as well.

This botanical garden located at Matsudae no Nagahama is a 15-minute walk from JR Himi Line Shimao Station. It raises some 300 varieties of plant, including beach plant?s from all across Japan. In their greenhouse, visitors can view tropical plants such as palm trees and hibiscus, as well as the sago palm, often called a living fossil. Visitors can also enjoy viewing the plants while taking a relaxing walk on the beach promenade. The glass-walled scenic restaurant on the fourth floor is famous for its delicious Italian cuisine and its great views of Toyama Bay. It is a popular spot for families.

Toyama Himi-shi Asahihonmachi 16-8

This temple is in Asahi-honmachi, Himi City. It is number 23 on the Hokuriku 33 Temple Pilgrimage. It was founded in 681, and every 33 years it offers a viewing of the Thousand-Handed Kannon Bodhisattva enshrined within. The gingko tree planted in the temple grounds at the time of its founding, making it over 1,000 years old, is a National Natural Monument and one of Japan's largest trees.

JR氷見線の氷見駅から住宅地を抜けて歩いていける距離にあります。平日ということもあってか訪れている人はだれもおらず静かに散策することが出来ました。本堂や階段を上がった先にある観音堂など、どれも古刹らしい雰囲気で厳かな気持ちになります。

３５００円の「ブリ丼」をいただきました。氷見の寒ブリを期待していたのですが、出てきたブリの身は、スーパーで売っている安いブリのクオリティーでした。金額にすれば７５０円くらいが妥当でしょう。この店は、絶対にオススメできません。氷見市にとっても、面汚しのお店だと思います。

This museum is in Honmachi, Himi City. The permanent exhibits are divided into four thematic sections: Introductory Display, Himi History, Himi's Fishing Industry, and Agricultural Living, and they also hold special exhibits related to local history. They have a diorama of the National Historic Site, Ozakai Cave Dwelling Site and other historical materials dating back to primitive times, as well as tools used in Himi's fishing industry, agriculture and other folk materials to bring the city's history and culture up close.

氷見市の歴史的な遺産を展示しています。一部撮影禁止のエリアも有りますが、ほとんどは可、それどころかネットでの登録を推奨しています。受付の方も大変丁重でした。結構対応してくれた方の感じというのは観光客の心に残ります。

This sushi restaurant has made its name with carefully-crafted nigiri sushi made with Toyama-grown Koshihikari rice and fresh fish from Toyama Bay. Since its founding, it has offered a diverse menu focused on fresh, seasonal fish caught that morning in Himi. Its location close to a fishing port only allows them to offer abundant amounts of fresh fish at reasonable prices. Not only that, it also allows them to serve many unique varieties of sushi rarely seen elsewhere. On weekdays, the restaurant offers four types of lunches, as well as kid's lunches. Their diverse menu also includes items such as Himi udon, as well as a lineup of desserts. In addition to being loved by locals, the restaurant is also a destination for many tourists.

５年程前に違う店舗ですが行った時に、凄く感動したので今回は本店に伺ったら、なんか普通に感じてしまいました。美味しいは美味しいですがね・・・。感動は無かった。

Specialty Himi Beef Shop Tanaka on Himi Bypass in Asahigaoka, Himi City is a yakiniku (Japanese barbeque) restaurant. It is directly managed by a producer of Himi Beef, a beef brand, and offers each cut of beef cooked with the most appropriate method. You can enjoy the exquisite taste of Himi Beef to the full. It offers sukiyaki (a unique Japanese-style meat dish) and shabushabu (a hot pot), and yakiniku (Japanese barbeque), which all require a booking at least one day in advance except from October to the end of March, as well as a minced meat cutlet. A yakiniku set meal is also served at lunchtime.

到花園的交通並不方便,若沒有開車就只好搭計程車冰見只有一家計程車行,但司機相當和善花園剛值大理花和玫瑰的時間 ,大理花非常碩大,很多花色並沒有看過還各有有趣的名字栽種大理花的工作人員把大家集合起來五分鐘介紹,看得出他對成果相當自傲餐廳有捲成玫瑰花型的冰淇淋離開時還有紙做的玫瑰贈送大理花先生還給我們柿子是個美麗又愉快的體驗

This restaurant offers amazing meat dishes made with carefully-selected Himi beef purchased by the head. The restaurant's main shop is located past the Iseohmachi crossing on National Route 415 heading from JR Himi Station. With a stated goal of getting people to eat lots of delicious Himi beef, every item on their menu, which includes yakiniku (Japanese-style barbeque), steaks, and Hamburg steaks, was arranged to best bring out the flavor of Himi beef. In particular, their steak-don (steak served on rice) and beef curry are popular ways to casually enjoy Himi beef. Their take out menu features items you would expect from a restaurant operated by a butcher shop, such as croquettes and mince meat cutlets.

氷見牛専門店、平日の昼11時30分に予約して訪問。氷見三昧御膳をいただきました。カルビとロース、豚肉ととりにく、ご飯サラダはおかわり自由、味噌汁に温玉、コーヒーゼリーとコーヒー。肉は多いくらいだが、やはり昼に3,000円は高いかな。それでも12時回ると満席になりました。地域共通クーポンが使えたのでよかったです。

The pub is open for lunch and for dinner. During lunch service, they offer ""Tamate box"" set meals that change each day and are popular with female customers. この時期ですので行きましたが、すでに終結宣言が出ているの＆いいものは都心に送られ地元に残っている可能性は少ない、との報告を受け刺身定食に変更し、お勧めされたこちらの店に。お店の方に刺身のネタに入っているのかを確認したところ、入っているとのことでしたので数切れ頂きました。バカ舌ですので、何とも言えませんが、歯ごたえと脂ののりはよかったですよ。

This ramen shop is inside Marunouchi, Himi City. They serve Himi Ramen, made with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. They serve soy sauce flavored ramen whose broth is flavored with local sashimi soy sauce, salt flavored ramen topped with Himi grown Shiso Negi scallions whose broth is made from pork bone, and various types of ramen. Some of the ramen are named by the public and others are hinted by the Himi City's traditional events such as Gion from Gion-Matsuri Festival..
