Toyama Nanto-shi Nishiakaomachi 72-1 Roadside Station Sasara 1F

This restaurant is in Roadside Station Sasara, which gets its name from the instrument held by men dancing the Gokayama folk song Kokiriko. It offers Iwana Nigiri sushi, a specialty of the family owning this shop, who succeeded in growing iwana char in captivity and became experts at char sushi. Their fried char, which you can eat bones and all, and Iwana no Kotsuzake uses local Gokayama sake Sanshoraku are quite popular.

道の駅の中にある和食レストランで店名のように岩魚を使った料理が名物とのことで店内に生け簀があります。お昼に訪れ岩魚のお寿司と山菜そばのセットをいただきましたがそばつゆがかなり甘辛く感じました。岩魚のお寿司は美味しかったです

This restaurant is famous for its Kamameshi pot rice. Located about a one-minute walk from Unazuki Onsen Station, it's also a long-time favorite with locals. Each serving is made with care, one by one, on order, and their popular dishes include oden, sashimi, and various meal sets. They wide-open tatami seating is also perfect for family mealtimes.

宇奈月温泉駅前にあります。地方都市ですが、夜12時まで開いている、旅行者にとってはありがたいお店です。お店の看板にも有りますが、釜飯とおでんがメインのようです。中はカウンターと座敷席です。今回はおでんお任せ5品（800円）と、名水ポーク生姜焼き定食（1,350円）を注文しました。この名水とは、黒部川の伏流水だそうです。柔らかい豚肉で、美味しかったです外には釜飯の自販機があります。

ホテルニューオータニの地下にある居酒屋。個人でももちろん入っている人はいますが、どちらかというと団体で使われていることが多いかと思われます。コース料理は無難ではありますが、わざわざここで食べるなら、街中の居酒屋の方が安くて素材も良い気がします。

大分冷え込んできたので、会社でもつ鍋宴会。コースには唐揚げやら焼モツやらツマミもしっかり、メインのもつ鍋は最高でした！お鍋は味も選べて、辛いやつが美味しかったです。お鍋は野菜もたくさん食べられるからヘルシーですよね。締めに麺をお願いしたら、スープとの相性も抜群でした！
