    知る人ぞ知るの島チーズのお店。佐渡島で生産された牛乳から作ったチーズを使ったチーズケーキで、濃厚は濃厚なんですが、さらっとした口どけもある。ちょっと味わったことがない感覚です。

    黒木御所から佐和田の市街に戻る途中に、立ち寄りました。駐車場を備えた小さな喫茶店風のしゃれた建物。オーナーのセンスの良さを感じました。
