Their signature “shio ramen” offers a Japanese taste through its exquisite blend of fish soup (flying fish from Sado) and animal soup. The lunch-only “shio tonkotsu” and dinner-only “kuro tonkotsu” are popular. Different variations of homemade noodles are used for different dishes. The wood-like interior offers a warm atmosphere with bare light bulb lighting.

    Located at the entrance to Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Resort, this ramen restaurant appears almost like a coffee shop. The interior also seems like a coffee shop, and it is designed this way so that female customers feel more at ease entering the restaurant. The restaurant boasts a ramen dish which uses a distinctive light soup, made from Japanese kelp boiled for half a day in an Echigo miso sauce. Because of the reasonable prices, there are always many customers in the restaurant. It is also popular with skiers in the winter, often filling every seat in the restaurant. At night, the restaurant transforms into a pub, selling snacks, cocktails and other alcohols in addition to ramen.

    40代になり好みがあっさりしたラーメンが好きです 色々食べ歩きましたがあっさり煮干し系ラーメンではここが一番好みです 夜限定の豚骨ラーメンや唐揚げ等サイドメニューもおすすめです 接客も好感が持てました！ 当分の間は通います。

    パチンコ屋さんの近くにあるお店です。駐車場があまり広くなく、道沿いなので少々停めにくいです。ここのラーメンが好きでいつもラーメンばかり注文してしまいます。

    国道8号線沿いにあるラーメン屋さんです 今回はお昼ご飯でネギラーメン中盛り、 ネギ丼を食べました 豚骨のスープでさほど脂っこくなく 美味しかったです 駐車場はひろくてゆっくり停車できました
