    This restaurant is located in Kanaya, Agano City, Niigata Prefecture. It was renovated from a luxury mansion, spanning an area of over four acres. The exterior of the enormous mansion of a local wealthy farmer has the weight of history behind it, and the Japanese garden, which changes according to the season, is absolutely beautiful. The interior of the mansion has a stylish atmosphere, which combines Japanese and Western tastes. It is also used as a wedding venue. The restaurant’s Kaiseki course meals, which center on yuba-tofu, and its Western course meals, which use local ingredients are well-renowned, as is the readily available lunch menu.

    冬場は野生の鴨料理を提供しており、鴨焼肉や鴨つみれ汁も良い味でした。値段が安ければ、もっと食べたいのですが。

    岩室温泉のど真ん中。地味で素朴な佇まいの懐石料理。正直こんなところに？と感じますが、料理は飛び抜けてます。ランチメニューをいただきましたが、日本の古き良きところをきちんと丁寧に地味に滋味深く味わせていただきました。とても美味しい。

    滞在中、ホスピタリティが完璧でした。また、お酒のメニューも多岐に渡り、炭酸割りを注文すると、炭酸のボトルとウイスキーの入ったグラスを別々に給仕してくれて、自分の好みの濃さに調整できるような心配りがありました。また、誕生日のケーキは、ちゃんとしたホールケーキをサービスして下さいました。感激しました。

    法事などで子供の頃からお邪魔している大橋屋さんに久しぶりにお邪魔しました。定番のごま豆腐は勿論、全てが美味しく感動しました。また折々でお邪魔したいと思います。このお食事でこの価格はリーズナブルだと思います。

    定期的に伺わせてもらってます。 こちらは事前リクエストすればスッポンでも鱧でもやってくれます。 とにかく何でも最高のネタで最高の調理をしてくれます。 あとは蕎麦もオススメ。 チャキチャキした気さくなママの漬物も絶品。 接待にも良いです。

    新潟駅から近いのですが、少しわかりにくと思います。 新潟名物のわっぱ飯を食べれるお店です。夜の７時半ぐらいに行ったのですが、季節もあると思いますが、すぐに案内をしてもらえました。 わっぱ飯も数種類あってちょっと悩みました。値段もそこまで高くなく、おいしくいただけました。わっぱ飯のセットには新潟名物の「のっぺ」も付いていました。新潟グルメを満喫できると思います。
