    生チョコタルトのビターを購入しました。チョコレートの部分もタルトの部分もとても繊細に作られており、正直予想以上の水準にびっくりしました。甘さもくどくなく、大人のスイーツという感じで、また買いたいと思いますし、他の商品も是非味わってみたいと思わされました。

    This garden cafe is located in a quiet residential district an eight-minute walk from Enoshima Electric Railway Hase Station and Gokurakuji Station. The shop's original cakes are made with carefully selected ingredients and their recipes were borne out of the owner's desire to teach her child authentic flavors. The cafe's cake set comes with a slice of cake made in the cafe's studio, along with a cup of coffee or black tea. All of the cafe's cakes are made without preservatives or additives. The cafe stocks five to six varieties of cakes made with seasonal ingredients at any given time, such as lemon pie, and its staple no-bake cheesecake. Takeout is also available and, in addition, the cafe sells fresh confections as well as standard Kamakura madeleines and cookies.

    This bakery and Western confectionary shop is a five-minute walk from the east exit of JR Kamakura Station. The longstanding establishment opened in 1929 and locals and even regular customers from far and wide make their way here seeking the delicious, old-fashioned flavors of its products. Inside, the open and airy shop is filled with batards, melon bread, croquette sandwiches, and other breads and bread-based foods, as well as choux cremes, cheesecake, eclairs, and many other Western confections. There's an eat-in space in the back where you can enjoy a slice of cake you've purchased along with a cup of black tea or coffee.

    「鶴岡八幡宮」でお参りして、次は「若宮大路」方面へ。 珍しいお店がたくさんありましたが、雨が降っていたので、パン屋さんらしきお店を見つけたので入店してみました。 それがこちらの「セデリカ」さん。 パン屋さんですが、ケーキも結構揃っていました。 喫茶スペースもあって居心地の良さそうな空間でした。 ２個だけパンを購入、間食でいただきましたが、素朴な感じで食べやすいパンでした。

Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha.
