- A Western-style restaurant about a five-minute walk from Kamakura Station on Wakamiya-oji Street, which runs between the sea and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Previously working 36 years at the Imperial Hotel, the owner originally ran the shop in Tokyo's Ginza district, one of Japan's leading culinary areas. The shop moved to Kamakura in 2019. Their signature stew has a traditional flavor and is made with wagyu Japanese beef and beef tongue simmered with fond de veau before adding beef tendon and lots of vegetables. The superb dish was a long-loved favorite of the Ginza district. They also have a European-style curry made with 32 spices. They can adjust the spiciness to your liking.

Kanagawa Areas
Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
