    Kanagawa Yokohama-shi Naka-ku Sakuragicho 1-101-1 Cross Gate
This garden is located on the roof of the Cross Gate shopping mall connected directly to Sakuragicho Station and a one-minute walk from the station. The garden is positioned directly under the square gate that is the facility's namesake. Located at the entrance to Minato Mirai 21, visitors can get a sweeping view of the surrounding scenery, including the Bay Bridge and Cosmo Clock. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the park is a little-known night view spot, and evening visitors can take their time and take in the sparkling lights of the city in peace and quiet. In addition to a wood terrace which visitors can use to relax, a fun beer garden opens up here from June to around September.

Kanagawa Areas

around-area-map

Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
