All of the restaurant's seating, including in the private dining area, faces teppanyaki counters, and the restaurant serves up exquisite steaks and other teppanyaki cuisine crafted by skilled chefs utilizing these griddles-cum-stages. The restaurant's walls are decorated with gold leaf, and its decor engenders an elegant atmosphere recalling the grace of the long-bygone Heian period, making the establishment an excellent choice for all manner of engagements, including business entertainment and special days.

リーガロイヤルホテル東京内にある鉄板焼きです。目の前で焼かれたステーキをいただけます。味は良いお肉を使っているだけあり、美味しいです。ただ、そういう高級なお店と言われればそうなのですが、お肉の種類を変更できると説明があるのですが、追加料金があることには一切触れないのはやや残念。
