    This ramen shop opened in Kanda Izumi-cho in 2011. The basic menu consists of items such as salt buckwheat noodles with a clear amber soup made using various salts blended by the owner and miso buckwheat noodles from blended miso. It is easy to see their commitment to cooking without flavor enhancers and to directly purchasing Tsuyahime rice from Yamagata Pref. They also have seasonal dishes using seasonal ingredients, and they prepare special daily items like tsukesoba (soba served with separate hot soup) depending on ingredient availability. However, please remember that there are a limited number of these special dishes.

    A ramen restaurant located close to Ogawamachi Station in Kandaogawa-machi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo. The restaurant serves tsukemen dipping noodles and ramen. The ramen broth is made by combining over 10 different base ingredients, including select pork bones, Hinaidori chicken, seafood, vegetables. The shop's noodles were specially developed and ordered to match this delicious broth. Tsujita also puts great effort into the condiments it serves, including black shichimi as well as the sudachi used to garnish the tsukemen noodles.

    Found this place while walking in Kanda, best ramen in Tokyo so far. The pork meat is awesome and the broth... You have to try it. Worth a visit.

    天下一品の水道橋店です。 JR水道橋橋駅からすぐ近くにあるお店です。 支払いにPayPayが使えてとても便利です。 天下一品は初めてなので、メニューが多くてちょっと困りました。 こってりを注文。 スープがドロっとしていて、とても美味しいです。

    たまに食べたくなるラーメンですね！！ 近所にないのでたまに利用させて頂いてます。 スタンダードなものが一番好きです！ ベンチシート席、カウンター席もあるので 1人でも、友達同士、家族でも利用できます。

    神楽坂で天下一品に行きました。ここのコッテリの味は好きです。濃厚なスープを飲みながら頂く拉麺は最高です。麺にもよく絡み、満足感が得られる一杯です。チャーシューも脂がのって美味しい一品だと思います。また、行きたいと思います。

    神田駅西口前にあるのでわかりやすい。カウンターとテーブル席があって店員が案内してくれる。店先に季節限定メニューの天津飯ののぼりがあって思わず入ってしまった。天津飯を大盛で頼んだが物足りないので餃子も注文。結構なボリュームだった。会計を済ませたら次回注文時に使えるクーポンをくれた。会社帰りに時間があれば夕食を食べにきたい。

    茗荷谷駅に程近い日高屋です。チェーン展開していて、最近ではそこいら中で見かけるようになりました。平日の夕方、少々小腹が空いたので、こちらで中華そばをいただきました。昔懐かしい醤油ラーメンで、誰にでも受け入れやすい味なのが特徴です。量はわりと少な目。おやつ感覚にはちょうど良いですが、食事としては物足りない。その分、値段が抑え目です。

    カウンター席が多いので、1人の時は壁に向かって食べざるを得ないです。人手不足なのか、外国人の店員さんが大変そうでした。日高屋さんはどこの店も少々塩分が高めなのは仕方ないですね。
