The shop's confections are characterized by simple designs which carry on a tradition of good, old fashioned Western sweets. You'll also find seasonal items here made with plenty of in-season fruits. The shop has an eat-in space where you can purchase a drink bar ticket and enjoy one of the delicious cakes on offer right on the spot. The drink bar consists of seasonal fresh fruit juices, coffee, and tea, and is all-you-can-drink. The shop's most popular items are its strawberry shortcakes and apple pies.

    Chiffon pancakes were delicious! They had a good amount of jiggle to them and the whipped butter cream was great.

All are created by Keiko Vincent Ishii, the owner and a patissier who trained under France's Jean-Paul Hevin. The flowers which decorate the shop's cakes are all edible varieties. Only open irregularly for a few days in any given month, when the shop does open you can often expect long lines.

    一見するとどこにでもある街のケーキ屋さんですが、ここのケーキは本当に美味しいです。 味は全体的に甘さ控えめのため老若男女問わず好まれるケーキです。店内でケーキとコーヒーを頂いている間にも地元の方と思われる家族がケーキを選びに来たりとなかなか幸福感に満ちた店内となっています。（ケーキ屋さんでこの要素は大事！）節目節目で一緒に味わいたいケーキです。
