    This tsukemen (noodles served with dipping sauce) restaurant is located on the sixth floor of Tokyo Solamachi in the Tokyo Skytree Town. Characteristic for its ultra rich soup that has been cooked for a very long time with thick, chewy noodles, this restaurant brought a new taste to the world of tsukemen, and has become famous for having some of the greatest lines of customers in Japan. When crowded, the Solamachi branch offers a special line just for single customers, much to the delight of those eager to reduce their waiting times.

    A ramen restaurant located on the third floor of Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi a two minute walk from Tokyo Skytree Station on the Tobu Skytree Line. The delicious flavor of Ippudo's Shiromaru Motoaji ramen has been passed down since the chain was first founded. The light and mild tonkotsu broth goes well with the Hakata-style thin noodles. Order a bowl of the restaurant's more modern-styled Akamaru Shinmi to enjoy the extra body and depth provided by the addition of salty miso and soy sauce. In addition to tonkotsu ramen, Ippudo also serves lighter shoyu (soy sauce) ramen. The restaurant also has a large selection of toppings, rice, and children's sets.

    Ate the white base noodles, normal tokyo ramen standard. Service level normal. Price slightly high consider this is food court and need to self service and return tray.

    東京スカイツリービルにある客先へ行った際に、隣接するソラマチ6階のレストラン街で昼食を食べに入りました。新千歳空港にあるラーメン道場では、いつも長い列ができていて、食べることができなかったので、東京で食べられたことは幸いでした。エビ出汁が必ずしも美味しいとは感じないこともあるのでちょっと心配でしたが、味噌ラーメンとのマッチングは美味しいと感じました。

    おばちゃんが切り盛りしているラーメン店。この店のゴロゴロしたワンタンが入ったワンタン麺が好きです。もう何十年になるか、近くにスカイツリーが出来ても食べるのはこのワンタン麺です。
