今回、オススメの塩ラーメンをいただきましたが、特に海のチカラと名乗るほどの魚介類の出汁は少し雑味が出ていて残念ながら感じられませんでした。 麺は平打ち麺ですが、ヌメリか少しありイマイチ。 ビジュアル的には綺麗ですがもう一工夫してくれればと思います。
