    Tenshanfayway Yakuzen specializes in Mongolian yakuzen-style hot pot stew, which was supposedly invented by the Mongolian conqueror Genghis Khan. There are two types of broth that customers can enjoy at the same time. One is Tenshan, which means that its aroma lingers even after the meal, and the other one is Fayway, which is made by simmering dozens of kinds of all-natural vegetables for hours to extract their components. They increase the body's resistance to disease, prevent colds, and beautifies one's appearance.

The owner is very entertaining and this popular shop has been frequently featured on TV and in other media. The shop's palm-sized puchi nikuman are particularly easy to eat on the go and are a favorite of visitors to the market. Suga Shoten's chicken shumai dumplings are made with meat from the renowned Toritoh. Customers love the crunchy texture provided by the cartilage mixed in. Suga Shoten also accepts mail orders for its popular shrimp seafood spring rolls, made with shrimp, squid, and other seafood.

    鹿児島産の黒豚を使った焼売や餃子のお店です。今回はジャンボ焼売を頂きましたが、口コミで高ポイントの 某 店よりも良かったのですが、べた褒めする程ではなかったので次は結構売れていた「黒豚焼売」や「肉まん」にしてみます。

Lavarock, which is also the name of the restaurant, uses lava stones which are heated to high temperatures to maximize the flavor of the ingredients. Enjoy a juicy lava stone grill along with bistro cuisine, and a rich alcoholic menu. The restaurant, based on a European railway station, is an open space with a glass surface. Not only is it great for dinner but also for breakfast and lunch.

    We ate here for breakfast 4 days as it was included with our hotel. The staff were nice, the food was good and fresh. With all the great reviews I wish we would have tried other meals here.

    フォアグラのミルフィーユ仕立ては濃厚で酒のつまみによく合いました。ただ、お料理から感じられるべきお味以外のプラスアルファ的なものは無かったです。お店が盛況だったからなのか、こちらの期待が大きすぎたのか？ 本場とは違って全体的にポーションは小さめ。日本だからなのか？お値段は銀座プライスとすればこんなものかと。 食事中にどこかから漂ってきた煙草の臭いは残念でした。
