Tokyo Chuou-ku Ginza 8-8-3 Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building 3F
This is a long-standing sweets parlour that has inherited the tradition of the Soda Fountain founded inside the Shiseido Pharmacy in 1902. The shop offers a variety of sweets that range from the original menu since the time of its founding to modern desserts and parfait using seasonal fruits. The light meal with items such as French toast is also popular. The gorgeous interior is reminiscent of the Meiji period, making this a great spot to enjoy an elegant tea time. The closest stations are Shimbashi Station and Ginza Station.

I waited almost 1 hour to order my food and they took another persons order which was only 1 person while I had 4 of my mates dying of hunger, this is very poor customer service 1 star review.

    Tokyo Chuou-ku Ginza 4-13-17 Takano Building 1F
A cafe located behind the Kabuki-za (theatre) in Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo. In addition to coffee and other drinks, the shop YOU serves cafe standards such as Napolitan spaghetti, curry, and sandwiches. The cafe's omelet rice, in particular, has become its signature dish-sometimes lines of people will form out the door waiting just to enjoy the ketchup rice and perfectly half-cooked, fluffy omelet, still runny on the inside, served on top. The cafe's food dishes are also available for takeout.

We really liked the food here. It’s very simple but delicious. The place is very small and unfortunately they allow smoking but luckily we were near the aircon so didn’t feel it as much.

A cafe which first opened its doors in Tokyo's Ginza neighborhood in 1911. Today, the cafe uses recreations of the old fashioned cup and spoon designs used when it was founded. In the Taisho period, the cafe was a center for literary activities, and it has even appeared in works by authors such as Isamu Yoshii and Hakushu Kitahara. Come here and enjoy a cup of coffee which carries on a tradition of excellence.

We want to buy some coffee beans on the last day we stayed in Tokyo and found this one, which opens early and have good review about their coffee. The entire cafe is smoking permitted so yes you can...

"SONOKO is an original brand based on the idea of ""inner and outer beauty"" by looking good and getting healthy through eating delicious food. Founded by Suzuki Sonoko, a researcher of beauty and cuisine and renowned beauty expert, it was the first restaurant in Japan to serve additive and oil-free food. In accord with her belief that ""the foundation of beauty is health,"" it serves its healthy fare made of carefully selected ingredients in a bright and cozy ambiance. They also sell original cosmetics that steer clear of six additives, in addition to food."

In addition to the fruit parfaits and cakes, a characteristic of Sembikiya is that the fruits are also used in their cooking. The interior of the bright store has chandeliers and large windows which give it an open atmosphere where one can comfortably spend time gazing at the Marunouchi scenery. A coffee shop with a quiet atmosphere located close to Ginza Station. The shop also offers a full array of cafe favorites like sandwiches and parfaits, as well as beverages such as blended and American coffee, and Osaka mixed fruit juices.

    Tokyo Chuo-ku Nihonbashi Muromachi 1-6-7
This long-established coffee shop has searched for tastes that suit the sensibilities of Japanese since it opened in 1948, when coffee beans were considered valuable. Their mocha soft-serve ice cream is specialty of the shop that has a flavor that has remained the same for decades. The balance between sweet and bitter is superb, and the smooth ice cream has a taste that you could never grow tired of. The first floor of the store is a standing area that has no chairs. When it opened, it is said that it was started to reduce costs in a way created from thinking about how to provide expensive coffee at a low price.

    日本橋はいくつも喫茶店があるのでなかなか立ち寄れず、久しぶりに来ました。店舗空間は狭いですが、美味しいコーヒーを、ちょっと飲んですっと出るのに大変重宝する店です。

One of the two Yonemoto Coffee shops in the Tsukiji Outer Market. Located next to Edo Ichi Honten-a shop selling cooked beans and soy boiled preserves-it's a great spot to have a break and get a coffee while walking around Tsukiji. Their popular deep roasted coffee blend has a stimulating aroma. The shop's open early in the morning, so it's a handy rendezvous spot as well as for business meetings. They also sell addictively bitter French roast coffee beans. The spacious shop is divided into smoking and non-smoking seating areas.

Tokyo Areas

around-area-map

The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It’s hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world’s tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you’re in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
