This is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Kansai-style udon made with pride by noodle craftsmen. The restaurant has a complete menu that includes 50 types of udon prepared in large bowls, seasonal items, and an udon nabe course recommended for special occasions. With a relaxed modern Japanese decor, the restaurant has table seats as well as private dining rooms.

The atmosphere is great, although the food does not have the best quality, and once they bring them to you they lacked the follow up to see if you were cooking it correctly

    Tokyo Minato-ku Motoazabu 3-11-4
This venerable restaurant in Motoazabu serving traditional sarashina soba noodles inherited since its foundation of 1789. The elegant flavor has caused even an empresses and imperial households to order delivery from here. The shop's most popular item is of course its sarashina soba. Distinguished by its white color and excellent texture, this soba is made with ichibanko, the highest quality, which is ground only from the material at the very center of the buckwheat seed. In addition to the sarashina soba, the restaurant's seasonal sobas, mixed with ingredients such as Japanese mugwort, perilla, kabocha squash, and yuzu are quickly gaining prominence.

Found the food to be amazing tempura extremely tasty. The white soba was fantastic. Highly highly recommend it and prices were very reasonable.

"A soba noodle restaurant which a distinctive and creative interior incorporating art and interior decorations. A five-minute walk from Omotesando Station, the restaurant is a place where customers can enjoy the culture of ""iki"" (stylish sophistication) enjoyed by the masses in old Edo, right in the bustling heart of the city. The stylish, Japanese design-based establishment has a cool, bar-like atmosphere. Each day, the restaurant grinds its own, top-class soba flour, just enough for that day, using choice, fresh and flavorful buckwheat. The restaurant's vaunted dipping sauce is made exclusively with domestically grown soybeans and without the use of any chemical additives or flavorings whatsoever. Also great is the fact that its open until late at night."

The restaurant is small and cosy. I loved the walnut dipping sauce with soba noodles. The tempura was also nice. There is an English menu.

Tokyo Areas

The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It’s hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world’s tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you’re in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
