Tokyo Taitou-ku Asakusa 1-1-1

Japan’s first Western-style bar, founded in 1880. Here patrons can enjoy an “electric brandy,” a cocktail which has become a symbol of Asakusa. The unique name was invented in the Meiji period, a time when electricity was a rare sight, and is derived from the cocktail’s then-shocking 45% alcohol volume. Five large video screens are placed around the pub so that customers can watch sporting events from around the world.

The bar is on the 52nd Floor of the hotel, so patrons can enjoy superb views of the Tokyo nightscape while drinking cocktails (there is a wide range available, including New York and Manhattan cocktails), seasonal beverages or other top-class alcoholic beverages. There are live jazz performances, starting from 8 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 7 p.m. on Sundays.

Just two minutes from the Akabanebashi Station exit at the Akabanebashi Station of the metro subway Oedo line. This is the bar lounge of The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, located within its grassy park grounds. From within the bar on the 33rd floor, from which one can see Tokyo Tower nearby, you can enjoy the nightlights that can only be seen from this vantage point. There is counter seating, pair seats, and a salon area. But the view of Tokyo Tower from the counter seats or the pair seats is something only exclusively seen from the Skylounge. Cocktails and wines are available, of which the Blason Rose, the Belle Epoque is recommended. All seating is smoking.

The view is Fantastic and the garden in front of the hotel is lovely. That’s the only positive aspect of this place. The service is average (to be polite), the staff were extremely uncooperative...

great service, food, drinks with the view of the park from the 17th floor being so special, the lounge may be expensive but it is worth it the staff are all excellent and make the view off the park...

会社の打ち上げの後、駅に向かう途中にあったお店。ちょっと飲み足りないという同僚に誘われ入店。店外と店内の仕切りがなく、カフェっぽいのかと気軽な感じで入ったら店員さんが白いシャツと黒いスカート、夜会巻きでびしっと決めてて、接客が丁寧だったからすごく恐縮したー。

There's also a deep lineup of tasty alcoholic beverages, such as Akita sakes and Tazawako Beer. The restaurant offers banquet courses with all-you-can-drink able to accommodate up to 60 people. The oyakodon chicken and egg over rice lunch has been featured on TV and in magazines.

Nearby Yaesu Kitaguchi. Good food. 2500 yen course was very enjoyable. Nomihodai was just ok. Sapporo beer was good but other Shochu and sake was mediocre. Some smoking smell was felt.

In the morning, Ningenkankei serves 10 varieties of scones, including standard plain as well as chocolate and kabocha squash. For lunch, the cafe offers hot sandwiches, paninis, and coffee made with only ripe coffee beans from Santos, Brazil. The above are also available for takeout. At night, Ningenkankei turns into a trendy bar where you can snack on chili fries and dried tomatoes and enjoy wine, beer, and cocktails made with Cuervo Gold and Ciroc vodka.

I was ordering to the bar ( as they ask me to order before seating ) and then I looked at the kitchen on the left which was so dirty that I runned away , terrible !

The most popular item on the menu is the lunch-only Tsukiji Market Jogai-don. This stunning dish consists of a seafood rice bowl consisting of around 10 varieties of seafood served on top of a bowl of chirashi sushi filled with seafood and rice. Another popular menu option is the Maguro-zukushi-don, a rice bowl topped with all manner of real, domestic tuna cuts with which you can have your choice of topping. Kashigashira also stocks a variety of sake, shochu, fruit liqueurs, and other beverages perfect for enjoying with seafood. The restaurant is closed on Sundays along with Tsukiji Market.

This restaurant in Tsukiji opens at 11:00 and you can reserve in advance only for 11:00 and then wait in line! They have a few special dishes each day and today we were lucky to have raw white fish...
