    An irori-yaki skewer barbecue restaurant located in Kamiyugi, Hachioji City, Tokyo. Diners are provided with skewers of vegetables, seafood, river fish, and specially raised hinadori (young chicken) to grill over an irori hearth placed in the center of a sunken kotatsu table. Hinatoriyama is also renowned for its fuku-fuku tofu-nabe, a hotpot dish which comes with a tofu specially made with Hokkaido soybeans and natural Minamidaitojima nigari bittern.

    土曜日予約をして行きましたが空いていました。こちらはコロナでも個室ですし、お料理は船で運ばれてきますし安心してお食事を楽しめました。お料理も美味しかったです。炭で自分たちで焼くスタイルです。炭焼き美味しいです。１人必ず1コース頼まないといけないのであまり食べれない方は多すぎると思いますが‥単品だけでもOKとかその辺融通が効くと良いと思います。

Their Tokyo game foul torisuki (from sukiyaki) was famous during the Edo period for its traditional flavors from before the Western influence on Japan.     This is the Skytree Town branch of the historic Japanese foods merchant in Nihonbashi. This is a jointly operated project by the 8th generation Konosuke Yamada and his daughter Ichino. The lunch menu has only three standards items; Oyakodon bowl, an Iki-Oyakodon which has extra egg, and other seasonal Oyakodon dishes. During dinner hours, the menu changes to gamecock cuisine courses. There is only counter seating, but the restaurant has a spacious leisurely atmosphere.

    JALパックのクーポンで利用しました。７時前に行ったのですが、コロナのためか空いていたので予約もしていなかったのですが空いていました。親子丼で勝負をしているお店でさすがにおいしかったです。鶏肉も３種類を使っているみたいです。定食屋さんの親子丼よりは値段も少し高いですが、満足はできると思います。 席はすべてカウンターのようですね。大人数には適していないと思います。

    This yakitori shop opened in 2016 and its yakitori made with fresh jiyodori chicken that is full of umami are carefully grilled over Tosa binchotan (high-grade charcoal produced from ubame oak) for outstanding consistency and juiciness. They also offer various other items on the menu such as their specialty 100% soba (buckwheat flour) noodles served on a basket steamer, mizutaki (chicken and vegetables boiled in plain water or dashi and served with dipping sauce) and shabu-shabu. Their popular skewers are “toridoki”—jiyodori chicken thigh and breast meat wrapped in skin. The relaxed ambience of an old Japanese-style house is also appealing.

    週末15時過ぎにもかかわらず、ランチメニューと同じものと思われるメニューの提供があり、一人で立ち寄ったので大変嬉しかった。すき焼き鍋御膳をいただきまさ。 量はお腹いっぱいになる量で大満足いくものでした。 店内も落ち着いたいい感じの清潔感ある店内につき、一人でも大人数でもおすすめです。 また何かの際は家から近いので利用したいと思います。
