    The Mitsukoshi department store 's roots extend back to the Echigoya draper's shop established in 1673. Mitsukoshi opened in Ginza in 1930. Consisting of four floors belowground and 12 above, the department store contains a diverse array of shops and merchandise, including over 200 women's clothing brands, one of the largest cosmetics floors in the Ginza area, men's items, and food and sweets specialty shops. The department store's restaurant floor is also popular, and here you can enjoy a broad array of cuisines, from Japanese, Western, and Chinese food to more exotic meals. The department store is directly connected to Tokyo Metro Ginza Station.

    This long-established department store founded in 1831 in Kyoto began by selling secondhand clothing and cotton goods, and opened its Tokyo store in 1900. After that it relocated to a new building in Nihombashi in 1933, which is the present location. The store features a full range of fashion, interior goods, gourmet foods, and restaurants. In particular, the Takashimaya Watch Maison timepiece corner spanning the first and second floors handles more than 80 brands and boasts the world’s largest assortment. The building which still retains its appearance from the early Showa period is the first department store that has been designated an Important Cultural Property. The closest station is Nihombashi Station.

    こちらの店舗ではタブレットも取扱いがあり、種類も多く見た目も華やかです。大きさや保存を考えるとちょっと買って渡すには使い勝手が良く、ベリー系などがトッピングされたチョコレートは色もピンクで見た目もかわいくてオススメです。

    This venerable department store is located in Nihonbashi, Chuo City, Tokyo. It got its start in the Edo Period as Echigoya, a dry goods store that became popular with the common people for its revolutionary business methods. In 1904, it became Japan's first department store. Comprised of the Main Building and the New Building, the store offers a wide range of high-quality items including fashion, household goods, books, jewelry, and more. It is also famous as the originator of kid's menus in Japan. The entrance to the main building features a lion statue that serves as the store's symbol.

    鶏のお惣菜が色々あり、2回ほど購入しましたが唐揚げも焼き鶏も美味しかったです。低温でじっくり温めれば固くなることもなく味がいいです。鳥麻も時々利用するのですが系列店のようです。

The sixth floor zone known as Lib Tokyo is particularly garnering attention for its fusion of merchandise, a cafe and books.

    浅草まで行かなくても手にはいるのが嬉しい反面、いくつも食べられてしまうのが怖いです。帰りの新幹線の中で美味しくいただきました。

The feature is that each floor is divided into sections from No.1 to 11. Each floor offers a variety of daily necessities, including food from the food floors on the first and second basement floors and food product exhibitions held in the event halls, as well as cosmetics, fashion, household goods, toys, and living goods. In addition, the 11th to 15th floors are restaurant areas, where a variety of gourmet foods including cuisine from different countries are gathered on all these five floors.

    Came to this Ikebukuro Station as needed to take my girl to an anime cafe. Decided to shop and eat here first. I love this huge basement food heaven. Omg b1 and b2…. I went crazy wanting to buy...

The mall is adjoined by Shinjuku Wald 9, a large-scale cineplex which gained attention for installing digital projection facilities. Since this cineplex is located a little further from Shinjuku Station, it is often less packed and here customers can enjoy a more comfortable movie experience. The cineplex and mall also hold movie tie-in and anime events and are a popular destination for high school and university students. In addition, the mall has a restaurant floor featuring several well-known dining establishments, making it a convenient place for meet-ups and eating out.

    Originally we visited Marui Annex to find a particular store, but it turns out the store has closed down and Surugaya now occupies an entire floor! Its one of the better Surugaya stores I visited...

Visitors can find unique and highly individual accessories on the amusement park-themed third floor. The fifth floor, designed to look like a palace by architect Yuko Nagayama, is arrayed with attractive items that look almost like pieces in an art museum.

    A quick stopover here in the middle of a rainy night. The Seibu Shibuya shopping center was not very far at all from the famous Shibuya crossing. Went here very quickly to visit the Kinokuniya...
