    A Disney theme park built around the image of a kingdom of dreams and magic located inside the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture. The park is divided into seven differently themed lands, including an American townscape, storybook world, and futuristic space port. The park’s symbol is the gleaming white Cinderella’s Castle. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and other Disney favorites appear in the park parade and greet park visitors. The park is famous for its roller coasters such as Big Thunder Mountain as well as a variety of attractions modeled after animated and live action movies.     A Disney theme park focused on the ocean located inside the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture. The park is divided into seven differently themed ports, such as one modeled after a port town and another after an ancient ruins excavation site. In addition to Mickey Mouse, characters from properties such as The Little Mermaid and Aladdin appear in the park parade and greet park visitors. The park’s attractions include not only animation-themed rides but also those modeled after live action movies such as Indiana Jones and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. At night, a fantastic and impressive water show is held on the lake in the center of the park which makes use of water screens, laser beams, pyrotechnics, and lights.

The centrally-located square is reminiscent of the outdoor amphitheaters of Europe, and is home to many events. There is also a movie theater, so you can enjoy a meal, shopping, and a movie—perfect for kids and adults.

B block has a wide open grassy lawn, and C block has a traditional Japanese garden, Mihamaen, with the teahouse Shoraitei. F block holds the Chiba Marine Stadium, which hosts not only baseball games but a variety of other events as well.

    北総鉄道の大町駅が最寄り駅。駐車場は500円で大人の入場料は440円。規模は小さいがオランウータンやレッサーパンダもいて楽しめる。周囲は梨園が多くて環境は良い。子供連れの場合、歩く距離が少なく園内に遊具もあるから引率者は、それほど疲れない。

    This municipal park located in Tokecho, Chiba Prefecture is 2.3 kilometers long and 0.8 kilometers wide and covers a 105.8 hectare area (equivalent to 23 Tokyo Domes). It is the largest within Chiba City and Chiba Prefecture. This family friendly park not only has walking and cycling courses, but other outdoor activity facilities for camping, barbecue, and a Forest Village, as well as an athletic course, and an observatory tower. With over 200 cherry trees, an iris garden, an azalea garden, and flower fields for Chiba City’s symbolic four flowers (the rape blossom, sunflower, cosmos, and daffodil) within the grounds, making this park a haven for flower lovers.

    The collection at Chiba City Museum of Art focuses on works by artists with a close connection to the Boso Peninsula and paintings of scenes from the Boso Peninsula. Its collection includes paintings from the Edo period (1603?1868), woodblock prints from the Edo through early Showa periods (1926?1989), and Japanese and Western modern art. It has no permanent exhibits but instead sponsors rotating exhibitions and exhibitions of its holdings, lectures, and workshops. The museum is housed in the remodeled and restored Chiba branch of Kawasaki Bank and shares the building with the ward office of Chuo-ku. There is also a restaurant and a library in the building.

    This museum of science is located along the Togane-kaido Street in the center of Chuo Ward, Chiba City, just a short six-minute walk from Chiba-Chuo Station. It features a planetarium and an area with exhibits. The exhibit area is divided into three sections and offers interactive display each such as: “Geo Town” —where you can learn about the earth’s environment and space, “Techno Town” —where you can learn about science and technology in our daily lives, and “Wonder Town” —where you can learn about sound, light, and numbers.

    Located across from Shin-Narashino Station on the JR Keiyo Line, Chiba International General Swimming Center contains a competition pool built to international standards, 50 meters long with 10 lanes, in addition to a 50-meter auxiliary pool, a diving pool, a 15-meter pool for beginners, and 3,600 spectators' seats. It also contains training rooms, conference rooms, and lounges, and it is used for all sorts of aquatic competitions. It is open to use by the general public when no competitions are scheduled.

    Kasori Shell Mounds Museum is located inside Kasori Shell Mounds Jomon Site Park. Kasori Shell Mound is Japan's largest shell mound from the Jomon period (10000 B.C.E.?300 B.C.E.) and has been designated a Special Historic Site of Japan. The museum's permanent exhibits are centered around earthenware and stone implements excavated from the mound. Visitors can deepen their knowledge of the characteristics of Jomon period shell mounds and the history of research about them. Twice a year there are classes about making Jomon earthenware, and during summer vacation, it offers educational activities about the Jomon period, including lectures and classes, and experiential learning programs.

The exhibits include diorama replicas of natural environments in Boso, fossils, live small animals, and duplicates of cultural artifacts.     "Chiba Prefectural Museum of Art is located in Chiba Port Park. Its collection is centered on artists who have a connection with Chiba Prefecture and materials related to them. Its 2,800-piece collection includes paintings by such artists as the early modern Japanese Western-style painter Chu Asai, Jean-Francois Millet, and Pierre- Auguste Renoir, along with the works of metal sculptors such as Hotsuma Katori and Shinobu Tsuda. The one-story architecture, with no entire differences in level, was designed by architect Masato Otaka. The adjacent ""Resident's Studio"" building contains lecture halls, an information and documents library, and studios."
