    Katsuura tantanmen, a typical local noodle dish of Chiba Prefecture, was invented to warm the bodies of fishermen and divers. It is served in a soy sauce-based broth topped with stir-fried minced meat and onions, and is served at more than 40 restaurants. At Ezawa, which is known as the original Katsuura tantanmen, a dish created with reference to Szechuan tantanmen is popular, and although it looks spicy, it is mild on the palate.

    Kodama Family Restaurant was founded in 1965 and is operated by a butcher shop. In addition to noodles, it serves a wide variety of rice dishes and prix fixe meals. It is famous for its cheap, delicious, and generously portioned Dandan Noodles, and its Katsu Raisu (pork cutlet on rice) and Yakiniku Raisu (grilled meat on rice) are also recommended. The broth for the Dandan Noodles is bright red, but it is not all that spicy. Instead, it is slightly sweet with a rich, savory flavor.

    千葉県勝浦。ここにはB級グルメと言っては失礼かもしれないかま坦々麺がある。 町中華の店構えのこだまを訪問。 月見坦々麺（850円）注文。スープはそれほど辛くない。玉ねぎが多く、ネギ、ひき肉が旨みと絡みを調和させている。 生卵を加えると甘みが広がり、味が変わる。 残念なのは麺が茹ですぎ。もう少し早くいただきたい。

    勝浦の三日月ホテルの横の勝浦中央海水浴場の道路を挟んだ反対側にあります。駐車場もお店の脇に何台分もあり停めやすいです。 メニューは、海鮮料理で、勝浦坦々麺もありますが、この日、夕方いったらおわっており、海鮮丼、ウニイクラ丼、刺身定食、カキフライ定食を食べました。美味しかったです。海鮮丼1,500円です。

    勝浦タンタンメンのマップを見てつけ麺が食べたくなり行ってみました。 勝浦駅から歩いて10分くらい。 外見、店内は喫茶店やスナックのよう。 恐る恐るタンタンつけ麺をオーダー。 辛味はかなりのものですが、たまねぎの甘さが際立ちます。 麺は市販のものだと思いますが、喫茶店なので仕方ないところでしょう。 つけ麺のお店として再訪するかというと微妙ですが、観光地の名物としてはありだと思います。

    どさん子ラーメンの味噌味がひたすら濃い味噌の味だったと思っていたが、この店は 魚介系の味がした。好みのタイプなら好きだと思った。餃子のタレが普通のしょうゆと酢、ラー油のみで味噌ダレはもう作っていないのが残念だった。

    かつうらビッグひな祭りの会場に近く、勝浦駅にも近かったです。 辛いタンタン麺は醤油味が一般的ですが、こちらには味噌味やつけタンタン麺などもありました。 辛さは思ってた程ではなく、食べやすかったです。

    創業は1926年だそうです。隣にも清宮食堂という似たような食堂があります。メニュー、価格ともほとんど変わりませんが、こちらには蕎麦、うどんがありました。

    駅前に二軒並ぶ大衆食堂の１つです。どちらも似たようなメニュー、価格、味（ラーメンで比較）なので、気に入った方に入ればいいと思います。こちらの方が店内が明るいです。
