Chiba Pref. Tateyamashi Yamamoto 257 - 3 JA Awa Turano Branch

This strawberry farm is located within JA-Awa Tateno Branch along Highway Route 128 (Sotobo-Kuroshio Line) in Yamamoto, Tateyama City. They grow “beni hoppe” and “akihime” varieties of strawberry. From January to early May, you can try all-you-can-eat strawberry-picking for 30 minutes.

南房総の道の駅で見つけたチラシに100円引きとあったので、立ち寄って見ました。受付から徒歩１-２分の９番のビニールハウスが目的地。到着すると練乳の入ったプラスチックの箱を渡されます。ハウス内はロープで本日可能なイチゴの棚が仕切られています。紅ほっぺのみのビニールハウスでしたが、粒も大きくて練乳無しでも十分美味しかったです。入場料分は食べようと思ったものの無理でした。

It has a tall greenhouse where you can pick strawberries while standing and a soil culture greenhouse where you can observe their growth while crouching, and you can also enjoy all-you-can-eat strawberry picking for 30 minutes from mid-December to late May. In addition, it also sells single giant strawberries. Be sure to inquire beforehand if it has been harvested."

朝10時に行きました。複数の種類のいちごが楽しめ、大満足です。お値段もリーズナブルで、リピートしたいと思いました！

This farm in Sanmu City cultivates 15 varieties of strawberries, some of them rare. From late December to mid-May, they hold 40-minute all-you-can-eat strawberry pickings of six to eight varieties. They have a farm stand on National Route 126 in Naruto that also sells prepared products like jam, ice cream, and daifuku sweets.

成東にはイチゴ農園が多いですが、今年は初めてこちらに伺いました。開園10分ぐらい前に着きましたがスムーズに駐車場に入ることができ、少し行列ができてましたが、スタッフさんの対応が早く10分ぐらいで案内されました。9〜10品種を楽しむことが出来ました。中でも黒苺は最高に甘くて美味しかった！しゃがまずに食べられるのも良かったです。両親も安心して連れて行けます。来年も勿論ですが、今シーズンもう一度行きたい...

This tourism farm is located 20 minutes from the Sakura Interchange of the Higashi Kanto Expressway in the direction of Shisui. Here, one can eat all the strawberries they want with no time limit. Incorporating EM (Effective microorganism) farming methods that use such organic bacteria strains as yeast and lactobacillus, such popular varieties of strawberries as the Akihime, with low acidity, and the Benihoppe, which has a balanced acidity and sweetness, are produced here. The strawberry picking season lasts from around the end of January to the end of May every year. Vegetables and fruits picked in the morning are shipped out of the direct sales store year-round, and they also sell seasonal soft-serve ice cream and a rare strawberry soap.

こちらのいちご園のシーズンは1月からだそうです。山武のあたりは１２月くらいからスタートするところが多いのですが、ちょっと遅めのようです。

"This strawberry farm is in Oi, Kimitsu City. Besides picking strawberry from January to May, you can pick cabbage around the middle of March and poppies from early January. This strawberry farm is locate just a 10-minute walk from the JR Shimogori Station, or about a 45-minute ride on the Aqua Line. Visitors can enjoy strawberry picking from the end of January up to about the beginning of May. The varieties that are available for picking are the Benihoppe, with its characteristic slightly tart but sweet flavor, and the very sweet and not very tart Akihime variety. The plump fleshed and highly fragrant Tochiotome variety, although not available for picking is for sale on the farm as well. One can pick-all-they can eat for 30 minutes, and the farm provides the sweetened condensed milk for free.

This tourist farm is located on the grounds of Roadside Station Minori no Sato Togane. Here visitors can have fun picking strawberries. Four varieties of strawberries are grown on the farm: Chibaberry, a new variety popular in Chiba; Kaorino, a variety with a refined sweetness; Akihime, a juicy variety that is not very tart; and sweet and tart Beni Hoppe. After paying a small fee, visitors can enjoy all-you-can-eat strawberry picking for 30 minutes. An additional fee is required if you wish to take berries home with you. Only a certain number of visitors are allowed on the farm at any given time, and those with an advance reservation are given priority.

JR一宮駅からかなり距離があるので車で。美味しい完熟いちご食べ放題で大人も子供も大満足する。土曜日曜など休日はかなり込み合うので要注意。お店には地元の新鮮な野菜やお弁当なども安く売っている。お買い得はジャム用のいちごだ殆んど普通に美味しく食べられる。
