"This theme park in AEON Mall Makuhari New City lets children ""try out"" over 30 kinds of jobs including being a police officer, pilot, and newspaper reporter in the facility's make-believe city of Kandu. Using equipment and wearing uniforms that resemble the real thing, these occupational role-plays give them a deeper understanding of society. There's also a restaurant that's a great place to relax while the kids are occupied."

"A three-minute drive from the Kisarazu-Kaneda Interchange on the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, here you can experience ""sudate,"" a traditional fixed shore net fishing technique which has been practiced in Tokyo Bay for ages. Sudate fishing is offered from around April to August each year. The fish you can catch varies by time of year, and you can have what you catch prepared for you on the spot to eat. The company which operates the tours takes particular pride in its sashimi; tempura; and its kamameshi rice with Japanese littleneck clam and vegetables. For those who don't mind going with strangers, the company accepts reservations for parties as small as one person, while private tours can be reserved for groups of 10 or more."

The Boso Peninsula forms the main body of Chiba prefecture, and this is where you’ll find its endless warm water beaches and jagged mountains. Further inland, Narita - most famous as the home of Narita Airport - is a secret haven of tradition and history in the form of centuries-old Shinshoji Temple and quaint wooden Edo buildings.
