It is a long-established eel restaurant located on the road approaching Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. Every day, it is crowded with customers who come aiming to eat eel. The secret sauce enhances the flavor of the eel which has been gently grilled with proficient skill to retain a full texture: the secret sauce has continued to be added to the eel extract since the establishment of the business in 1910 during the Meiji period. The interior of the store is a place you can feel relieved as if you had come back to the countryside. Please be advised that seats cannot be guaranteed by making a reservation.

Kawakyo is a restaurant located four minutes' walk from the east exit of JR Awa-Kamogawa Station. It serves shore dinners made with fresh local seafood. 久しぶりに行きました。さざえのおらが丼税込で1100円でした。今日はフキとわらびが丼ぶりにのっていてお味噌汁としそ味のお漬物がついていました。いつもは混んでいるのですが今日はたまたま空いていて思ったより待ちませんでした。とても美味しかったのでまた行きたいと思います。

These include their sashimi gozen Japanese meal sets that are limited to 20 orders a day, and their ladies gozen set limited to 12 meals a day (women only). Besides table seating, they have a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 90 guests. It's great for holiday gatherings and other large parties.

Hamanogou is a Japanese cuisine restaurant located in Seto, Chikuracho, Minamiboso City, near the Boso Flower Line (a long stretch of road running through fields of seasonal flowers). The menu makes extensive use of Minamiboso’s local fish species. Besides donburi (rice bowl) dishes, including Tairyo Don (“Big Catch Don”), of which only 20 servings are available each day, and Sanga Don, Hamanogou also serves boiled fish, sashimi, and whale-meat.

宿に近いお店で、早めの時間（17時半）から空いていたので入ってみました。メニューが豊富で、食べたいものがいっぱいあって迷いました。初めて鯨を食べましたが、実家で食べてた鮪の血合いの竜田揚げを思い出す味でした。

The restaurant is so popular that customers line up for lunch, and the local sake and shochu are also available, making it a favorite of locals as well as tourists.

お店があまり無い地区、コロナ禍のせいかお昼のお店探しに苦労しました。こちらの清恵さん大正解でした。あまり混雑もしておらず消毒や距離感も良く何よりいらっしゃいませありがとうございました等の基本挨拶で感動（他店で精神やられてたかも）。何より美味しいお食事。ありがとうございました。
