    Jiroemu (Hyakusho Yashiki) is a reservation-only restaurant located in Yamana, Minamiboso City. It serves cuisine made using rice and vegetables grown by the restaurant owners using organic methods, with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers used, and fertilized eggs from free-range chickens, etc. The menu includes four “Jiroemu Set Meals” that vary in price depending on the number of dishes included. Diners can enjoy meals that include miso soup made using miso from Jiroemu’s own malted rice, omelet made from fertilized eggs, and rice with a lustrous texture that has been cooked in a cauldron.

    始めて南房総に旅行に行ったときに、来店しました。完全予約制のレストランで、茅葺屋根の伝統ある民家で食事を楽しめます。こんにゃく、豆腐料理、卵料理、お漬物があり、特にショウガのお漬物は絶品でした。

    昼過ぎ、天気も悪く、ほとんど館山銀座のお店が開いていないとき、のれんを見て立ち寄りました。 ランチや、あわび入り松寿司もメニューにあります。あいにく、あわびはないそうなので、8カンの寿司を注文。新鮮な金目や、コリコリのサザエ軍艦など、堪能できました。大型なので、少し食べるのに工夫が必要です。壁には、鍋やくじらのメニューと掛かっていました。お時間ある方はどうぞ。

    人気店でお客さんは常に多いようで、とんかつも美味しいのですが、わざわざ訪ねて行くまでは・・・。大多喜に観光に行った際に寄るのなら良いと思います。

The restaurant is famous for its thick anago garden eel, which is crisp and toasty on the outside and plump and fluffy on the inside. In addition to the anago nigiri sushi, the shirayaki plain-grilled anago is also recommended. Customers can also enjoy other varieties of nigiri sushi made with fresh ingredients and sold at reasonable prices, including kohada gizzard shad, maguro tuna, tako octpus, and ebi shrimp.

    木更津で一番古いお寿司屋さんのようです。こどもの日に利用しました。海ほたるで入手したフリーのタウンガイドにアサリ寿司サービスとあったのですがGW中は対象外で残念。平日は800円ランチもあるようです。 地魚寿司のお富1600円を頼みましたがアナゴが柔らかくふっくら煮てあり美味しかったです。

    場所は判りにくいです。いつも漬け丼を注文!量が多いので、大盛りは頼まない方が良いです(笑)。週末限定?で「あら煮」がありますが、サービス品との事で、盛り方は暴力的です(笑)でも美味しくて、持ち帰り用の容器リクエストすればもらえます。
