Their monaka fillings including adzuki red bean paste, a white kinton bean paste, and a citrus yuzu bean paste all of which are made with carefully selected domestically grown beans. In 1993 their Kenjo Meika Toki no Kane Monaka was presented to the Emperor and Empress of Japan and is marked by its gently sweet soft and elegant flavor.

    A Japanese confectioner making handmade treats that have been beloved throughout the ages and whose creations incorporate both traditional Japanese ideas and foreign confectionary ingredients. One of their most popular is their Musashi's Journey (Almond Tuile), which has a great aroma and satisfying crunchy mouthfeel. Other popular sweets they offer are their salted soft shortbread, black sesame dorayaki pancakes stuffed with red bean paste, and his and hers madeleines and matcha green tea madeleines.

    度々訪れています。 先日袋物の割引セールを行っていたので、まとめ買いしてきました。 かりんとうなども置いてあり万人受けするものがたくさんあります。 夏場においてあったココナツ風味の小分けタイプのせんべいはあましょっぱい お味でクセになる風味でした。 今までにないお味でお薦めですが、夏季限定なので来年にまた買いたいです。
